After getting the car home and realizing the car's battery will only drive 38mi on a full charge, the dealership… refused to admit any wrongdoing. by El on 08/16/2024***** Scam Alert - Bait & Switch ***** Arizona Best Auto, via Arthur (salesman) and Mike (finance manager), straight up scammed me out of $500. I put down $500 to temporarily hold a vehicle that Arthur assured me came with a manufacturer… warranty, Arthur emailed me a form to sign telling me that if I wanted financing, I would need to fill it out so they could get rates. After I texted him asking if this form was necessary and I didn't want to rush into anything, he called me. While on the phone he assured me my deposit was refundable and guided me through filling out the form, skipping the section that said the deposit was not refundable. He was assuring me the deposit was refundable while guiding me to sign a form that said the opposite. When Mike called back he tried adding $3,100 to the car for an extended warranty because what Arthur originally told me was a lie. When I said I was no longer interested, Mike said the deposit was forfeit regardless of what Arthur told me. That's the kind of business you can expect from this place. Bait & Switch I'm filing a complaint with the following entities and I suggest all who get scammed do the same. Attorney General of Arizona (AG of AZ) - Handles consumer fraud and deceptive business practices. Can secure a refund and even revoke their dealership license. Attorney General of Pennsylvania (AG of PA) - My home state; handles consumer fraud impacting Pennsylvania residents. Contact your state AG. Can help secure your refund. Better Business Bureau (BBB) - File a complaint to record in their internal Databases. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) - Your complaint will be added to the Consumer Sentinel database, which is used by law enforcement agencies across the country to identify patterns of fraud and take action. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) - Handles complaints if the fraud involves deceptive communication via phone or electronic communication. Especially relevant if they used phone calls or texts to mislead you. They can fine the dealership and add pressure to resolve. Department of Justice (DoJ) - Handles cases involving fraud, especially crossing state lines. Can initiate a criminal investigation. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) - If the fraud involved any aspect of financing e.g. deceptive terms or financing arrangements. They can order the dealership to refund your money. Your State Representatives, Congressional Reps, and Senators, can advocate on your behalf. After that I suggest you go to the following review sites to tell your story and support other victims with thumbs up: Autotrader, Cars, Google Maps, Yelp, Consumer Affairs, Dealer Rater, Car Gurus, Edmunds, True Car. Find a car they are selling click a link to their page and review. These local AZ news stations have the accounts of myself and other victims of Arizona Best Cars. Please reach out to them: KSAZ -FOX 10, KPNX - NBC 12, KNXV - ABC 15, KPHO-TV CBS 5, KAET - PBS 8, KASW - Arizona 61. by Matthews on 01/04/2020I was referred to this dealership from a friend, Let me just say it was a process and I wanted to give up, but Albert Michael and Bret I'm not sure if that's his name . But these 3 guys worked very hard got me a good deal less money down.… They did what they said they will do and more. When it was all said and done I left the lot one happy camper in my 2012 Land Rover .Wow, finally a dealership worthy of 5 stars !

Brian, Michael and Alber all worked seamlessly to get me the best deal possible - and even after I had bought my… new Kia soul - they actually kept working and got me an extra $20 off my monthly payment with lower interest rate! Oh and a lower deductible! I highly recommend this dealership - Arizona best cars has so many beautiful vehicles to choose from and their standards are high, they inspect their cars and stand on their word. Honestly I have had a couple of dealerships that were not ethical and made me frightened to buy a car ever again ! Not so with ABC ! I have found the best dealership in Arizona and have recommended them at least 12 times already in one day to my staff and clients ! Roman was great too - he accompanied me on my test drive - I was praying about where to buy my new car and looking and looking - and seriously was lead to them by no mistake ! They found the exact vehicle that I was looking for and gave me a lower price than I would have paid elsewhere. They helped me get a loan and at the best rate, and waited… patiently when details on my end were cause for delay. Thank you, Michael, and everyone else who helped. We were so comfortable with all those who work there and especially with Albert who showed and sold us the car. A priced right and… well cared for Lexus, which was beautifully detailed for us. I generally hate car shopping, but this family owned and operated car lot made this experience actually painless. They are honest and friendly with no pushiness. I… test drove 2 vehicles and was undecided, they took the time to talk me through the pros and cons along with my husband and I settled on a very nice Mercedes-Benz GL 450. The price was a great deal and the financing was quick and came back at a competitive rate. I schedule appointment and when I showed up they had the car ready… for me to drive. They answered all my questions about a car and finance. the whole process was not pushi. They also finished the whole transaction in less then 90 minutes.Fair and responsive

As noted by another reviewer, the car features listed in their ad were not included with this vehicle, and I was told they use a generic description based on the car's VIN. Not entirely… accurate. However, the vehicle was in great shape and they gave me a fair price for my trade-in. They also went beyond the call when I noted wheel vibration at highway speeds, providing a free wheel alignment and balance. When that didn't cure the issue and the tires were found to be the cause, they provided me with 4 brand new quality sport tires, balanced and mounted. I'm sure they didn't make a large profit on this sale, but they have a satisfied customer.So happy I found them!

I knew I would have negative equity trading in my car, but still had hopes of… a lower monthly payment. After searching different places I came across Arizona Best Auto. They had the car I was looking for (Chevy Equinox) at a great price and good reviews. I am so happy i made the 40 minute drive because I ended up leaving with the car of my dreams and a monthly payment 200$ lower than I had even expected with my trade in. Thank you Michael and Daniel and all the employees that worked so hard to make me feel comfortable, and to get me a low interest rate and a great monthly payment! I recommend this place to anyone wanting a great car, at a great rate, and to feel like you really matter and are not just another "sale". God bless you guys!Inaccurately advertised
by Skepticalbuyer on 05/26/2018I recently stopped by to look at a vehicle that was listed for sale on the website. Online there were many features listed that the vehicle was equipped with. When I got to the lot and saw the vehicle, I found it was inaccurately… advertised. The salesman I spoke with gave me a roundabout excuse as to why the vehicle was shown to have features the vehicle was not equipped with. If you see a vehicle you are interested in, I advise you call and question all features listed that interest you as there is no telling if the features the vehicle actually has will match up with the listing. Good luck.Don't waste your time

I still don't have the truck I purchased on April 22, 2018, returned to them on April 25, 2018… for MAJOR repairs and it is Now May 22,2018. Dragging their feet over and over again. They had the car and the price I was looking for so I thought I would check it out. Showed up at the dealership, met DANIEL AND… MICHAEL, who were courteous - NOT PUSHY - and drove the car. All was great and as advertised, so I decided to look at the numbers. This was the most straightforward and SIMPLE process I have ever had. No fees, no garbage, no speedy talk, 4 numbers, and the final O.T.C. number. I bought the car - and they are going to deliver it! If you are used to the big dealership experience, understand, this is not that and Arizona Best Cars is SOOOOOO much better. Thank you Michael and Daniel! I will be back again when its time to buy a car! You have such a nice selection!Good service!!!

Mr.Northey you purchased the vehicle on 04.22.2018 You brought the vehicle on 04.25.2018 and advised us that you wants us to find you a different truck due to issues with the Ford you purchased. You said that you want a Toyota Tundra. I advised you that it might take time to find a Tundra for you. We agreed to do that and also agreed to provide you with a comparable vehicle to drive - Nissan Titan Crew Cab. We did not charge you for loaner. A week later you called us and advised us that you changed his mind and want us to repair your Ford. We send the car to Bell Ford for repairs that are covered under powertrain warranty. They returned the car to us on 05.22.2018. The were additional repairs necessary that were not covered by the warranty. Also Arizona Best Cars was not legally obligated to perform the repairs,I agreed to cover the cost of repairs as good will. You then went on and start to live negative reviews about Arizona Best Cars. Although I felt that Arizona Best Cars went front and back to assist you and you bashing us on internet was not justified, I did not go back on my word to finish repairs as a goodwill and even fully detailed it for you.
