Excellent family dealership

We were able to trade our motorhome and car for a new truck and received a… check for the balance. Each department was superb and made our transaction very pleasant, giving us great confidence in our deal. We have had tons of follow-up, after the sale. Today was the first time ever that I can actually say I enjoyed purchasing a new vehicle! Ryan Shippy… is knowledgeable, kind, understanding and patient. I will be returning to Liberty GMC from now on to purchase future vehicles from Ryan! Outstanding service!Worst experience ever
by mommabear8 on 01/04/2018I purchased a 1 year old Yukon Denali with low mileage from Liberty GMC about 3 years ago. The purchasing experience wasnt bad overall however the vehicle they sold me was a complete lemon. In the last 3 years Ive replaced the battery 3… times, a cable to the battery, the entire navigation/audio system and the transmission. This Christmas while traveling across country the transmission went out again less than a year from the last time it went out! We were stranded in Oklahoma for two days while a dealership there took their time to tell us that the transmission was shot again. We have spent thousands of dollars fixing and replacing things in this vehicle so we decided to trade the money pit in on a new vehicle with a warranty. Then when trying to cancel the gap insurance on our old vehicle I called every week for the past month leaving messages for a call back and no one would return my call. I finally called again today and once I started complaining they transferred me to an actual person and not a voicemail and the call took all of 5 minutes to get the paperwork I needed. Unbelievable.. I wouldnt recommend using this dealership if you want any kind of customer service and want to actually rely on the vehicle you purchase.Good Buying Experience
