Let me start by saying that Liberty Buick is a classy dealership. Today was my first time purchasing a new vehicle. I worked with salesperson Patty Riegler. Patty was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, honest, and caring. These are… qualities I have not found in any other dealership in the past. She took the time to show me just about every feature in the car. If anyone is looking for an honest salesperson, you must see Patty.
I also worked with Alex Lopez, F&I Manager. Alex was great to work with. He too was honest, friendly and professional. He answered any questions I had. I believe this is what every car dealership needs. Oh and I love my new Buick Encore

When we were in the market to buy a vehicle we wanted to start with Liberty Buick, even though we bought our last 5 cars from a different dealership.… After talking to Justin and telling him what we were interested in he set out to look at inventory and had a manager, Josh and a salesman, Vlad work with us once we stepped onto the dealership floor. From the very beginning we were treated better than any other dealership we had visited. We had a few vehicles ready for us to look at and take test drives. My wife and I had two of our three children with us. Liberty Buick made them feel like rockstars there. They even brought them food when they were hungry. They made the entire process seamless especially with two of our children with us. We would just like to thank Justin, Josh, Vlad and Michael for making the purchase of our 2014 Buick Enclave a true wonderful experience. We have found a very special dealership and look forward to having future buying experiences.Love the Enclave

He answered his phone, second inquired what I was needing, got my phone number and then Texted me a video of the car that he had, mind you with out asking. Love it. I was already buying a car when the text came… through. Stopped the purchase. Told him I was coming to see the car. When I got there. The car was waiting for me up front with keys in the ignition and a full tank (I think he was expecting me to take it right there). There was no pressure. by MartinE on 05/26/2017We ended up purchasing an F-150 from this location because it was a great deal due to it sitting on the lot for a few months. The salesmen here are your typical car salesman except for 1. There is one single car salesman who went above and… beyond and even after having some issues with the truck he was the one who helped me correct it and he even called ford for an extra key Fob since the dealer didn't have both sets (That wasn't his job and he had no obligation) His name is Vlad Sasaran. Let me be clear about one thing. Vlad wasnt even the person who sold us the truck. Yet I noticed him working his butt off for us tying up all the loose ends. This is after the deal was already done! He wasn't making any money or trying to make any off of us. He is Genuinely an honest,upfront,hard working employee. I usually am not to kind to salesman because of their reputation. PLEASE LISTEN TO ME AND THIS REVIEW. If you plan on visiting Liberty Buick-100% Hands down no question Vlad is the person you want. He isn't about numbers or making a "sale" he is there to help and make sure you leave happy. I Gave 3 stars due to the issue I had with the vehicle which should have been caught by their service department. If I could write a review just based on my experience and treatment from Vlad would definitely be a 10!!!! Sorry for the long ramble but I felt I needed to at least let future buyers know if you want a hassle free,no pressure or games experience. He's your manVehicle purchase

Brad Tebrake took care of me and made my process as short and smooth as possible. Liberty beat everyone of my other… price quotes from different locations and included free car washes in the future and many other amenities. Overall I could not be happier about my experience and wife's car I will for sure be back to Liberty and Brad in the future.Great service experience

They scheduled us right away, called within a couple of hours to tell us that they found the problem. They repaired it, washed the vehicle and… had it ready in no time at all. To top it off, they did not charge us for the repair. Jim has shown us time and time again what true customer service is.Best Salesmanship

Brad Tebrake was very helpful in our decision to trade-in our old car and got us a great deal on our trade-in and purchase… price. This is our second vehicle purchased with Brad and he was great both times. The process was smooth and we are very pleased with our deal. Our newest purchase is the 2017 Buck Enclave, the best one yet. Charles know our tastes in vehicles and has never steered… us wrong. We look forward to our next lease in 3 years. Well, Charles MacDonald is so concerned about helping his customers have the best possible experience when buying a new Buick, he asked, anybody hungry? We were starved… as we sat down to do paperwork around noon, and all in all, it just made the deal that much better. Sure, the price was right and the car is great, a 2016 Buick Encore.
