Amazing Treatment

From Jay to Scott Willetts, who hand "carried " me through the process, to Rodney Wilson who was unflappable and sympathetic… as we "fought" to match my cell to the car system I couldn't have had a more pleasant experience. A Deal Too Good to Pass Up

Elvis Johnson did a search for what we wanted (which was very hard to find nearby) and suggested an alternative they had recently received on their lot. We drove… it, we liked it, and Elvis did some adjustments that gave us a great vehicle at a very good price. He was very upfront and honest about it all through the whole process. We only buy cars about once every 10 years, so I would definitely go see Elvis again, if he hasn't retired by then.Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us this review! This is the place to buy a vehicle
by dlcornett on 09/19/2015We were on a fact finding mission trying to figure out what vehicle would be just right. After a full day of shopping around we got to Larry Miller Toyota and met Anthony. He did a great job of finding the perfect RAV4 for us and the right… price. We were helped the next day by Rodney when we went in to finalize the deal. Rodney went above and beyond to finish the necessary paperwork. Then he spent almost an hour with us setting up the tech features and explaining the all the other features of the vehicle. Truly exceptional experience

We had the pleasure of working with Cody at the the Larry H Miller Toyota dealership in Peoria, Az. Cody was fantastic! He listened to our needs and helped… us find two vehicles that we would be happy that worked for us. He was flexible throughout the entire process and really went to bat for us when it was time to run the numbers. Cody was persistent and went back to the finance room multiple times in order to provide us a deal that we were incredibly happy with. He provided us with answers to all of our questions, and when we couldn't make one thing happen he was able to provide us with several alternatives. He understood our objective of trying to reduce our monthly budget for vehicle payments. We, in fact, have already told a couple of our friends about our experience with Cody, and recommended that they see him in their search for a new vehicle. Best buying experience ever.
by tjleck on 08/21/2014Its hard to complain when you get your first offer from the sales guy and it beats your best offer you had in your head. I wanted to have a couple of go rounds with the sales manager but there really was no reason. My wife and I had done… our home work comparing models, knowing what our trade in was worth and also what kind of loan we'd qualified for. We actually had a loan check in hand. All that being said they gave us good amount for our trade, beat our interest rate from the bank and we got a really nice new Rav 4. The biggest thing was there was no sales pressure at all and customer service was amazing. We'd definitely recommend this dealership.Thank you so much for your review! Joe K met with us. He is a young, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly… man. We both felt comfortable talking with him. His negotiations were concise and always delivered with respect, which we had not seen at other dealerships in the past. It was all in all a good experience and we would recommend him to our family and friends.
