    Buying a vehicle can be overwhelming and frustrating, but the experience for me here was everything but overwhelming. I had been in contact with several dealerships and this was the only one who went above and beyond making sure I taken care of. From coming to pick me up to see the car to getting me into a car that met my needs to making sure I knew everything about the vehicle. All information was up front and any question I had was immediately answered. I couldn’t be happier with the vehicle I bought and how I was treated. It seems that Good customer is becoming something that is harder to come across but you will find it here! I will absolutely come back for any future purchases and highly recommend them to anyone who needs a car.

    On the plus side, I submitted my car for 2 minor repairs and thorough examination by Autonation techs found major repairs which were done under warranty. On the minus side, it took a little over 2 weeks before they were finished and getting updates were difficult.

    My wife and I just bought a Silverado 1500 Crew Cab three days ago at Arrowhead Chevrolet in Peoria, AZ. It was a wonderful experience. I have always hated shopping for new cars, because I feel so pressured, and I always worry that I am not getting a good deal. We were treated with respect and our sales consultant Nwail Hasso was very personable. When we felt a little pressure, he gave us room and time to make sure that we could make a good decision. I entered with a number in mind that I could spend, and Nwail (sounds like Noel) put me in a truck that was way nicer than I expected. Each step from then on was a joy. We were offered great maintenance and warranty packages that gave us peace of mind. I will do business with them again. John Erickson Sun City, AZ

    Howard (internet manager) and Derrick (salesman) were straight, no games. They even helped us when our other car (not the purchased car) was rear-ended in front of the dealership after the sale. Totally transparent with the inspection report and Carfax records. Good people. Real humans. They get 5 stars. They recognized and addressed my specific need—a commuter car for the kids. … then … I … met … the … finance guy, A veritable Jabba the Hutt who called me a "fool" for not buying his $4,300 service contract on an $11,000 high-mileage used car. Zero stars for that high-pressure end point.

    I put down a $3000 deposit for an internet purchase and wanted to pick the car up in a week to coordinate a visit with my daughter who lives in the area and to save on airfare. Sales manager said no, get it in 48 hrs or loose deposit. Got a drive by of the car sitting dirty in the back lot then the finance guy tries a warranty sales pitch. As soon as I turned him down and no money was to be made he just started shoveling papers for signatures with zero explanation of what I was to sign. I put a stop to things so I could better inspect the car and talk to service manager. Finance guy was put out….they had the deposit and figured the sale was done. Customer service for out of tower? Why? They charged $50 for 90 day registration which actually applies only to an residents and costs $15. Had to pay postage fee for title when I received the title and tax forms on the spot for every other car I have ever purchased for cash. Once sale was final I had to wait for my car to get washed even though they knew I had a multi day drive ahead of me and was there before the sales staff. Put the out of towners car at the head of the detail line? Why would they do that. I have called the dealership about my title 4 times telling them I needed a title within 21 days. I also told them at time of sale. I have received no title no reply to my messages and now I will be subject to a penalty for late registration in my state. About time to have an attorney call them. Might be ok if you live in town and they figure they can get more cash from you over town but for an internet deal you are just a target to extract money from. Salesman was very helpful but everyone after him was a vulture. Avoid this dealer at all costs.

  • Buyer Beware

    Sales person an “8”, finance personnel “10”,used car management “zero”, mechanics “zero“. Purchased a 2015 E350 Mercedes was done in 1.5-hours. The salesperson guaranteed me a thorough vehicle inspection was performed by an ACE-certified mechanic as a condition to selling any certified vehicle. Two weeks later, I had a complete brake failure. I took the vehicle to MB and they informed me the brakes were below specs and Front/rear were replaced. A few months later I spoke with Autonation Used Car Manager, he informed the vehicle was inspected by an ace-certified mechanic and didn’t understand why the vehicle had a brake failure. I then asked can your mechanics perform the same maintenance as a MB mechanics? “Give his mechanics another chance”. He then said, “of course they can”. They are ace-certified mechanics, so, 1.5 week later I make an appointment to have service perform on my Mercedes. What I expected happened, the maintenance advisor goes to the used car manager (Harry) to inquire if he said to bring the MB in. We cannot perform maintenance on Mercedes, which lead me to ask, was this the reason why you sold a vehicle, knowing, you knew had faulty brakes to a consumer. This is the reason why I ask consumer not to buy a vehicles from this dealership. Consumer beware.
  • flat tire replacement

    On Aug 17 I had a flat tire due to something I hit on I-10 at 9:30 pm going to Phx coming from NM. I went to Auto Nation the next day...it was at closing time. Luckly there was a very nice gentleman: Doug who was able to help me. I had to get a new tire due to the split in the tire. So...we found a tire that was in stock yay!! The next morning I got a call to come down to replace the tire. Doug was so nice and helpful!!! We even had a nice conversation about why car manufactures have donut tires instead of having full tires as a spare. Thank you, Thank you Doug for all your help and being so nice! You will be my go to guy on my next service. Have a fantastic day!

    Service area was not terribly busy. Paid for oil change and service advisor said they were bringing my vehicle up. Waited on bench in service area. The bench was outside the service managers office, After the ramp was clear for quite awhile he called the car porter and asked her to check with me to see what I was waiting for. I explained I had been waiting for almost an hour to get my vehicle. She apologized and I informed her it was not her fault. The service writer should have checked with me. I gave them a second chance to work on my other vehicle the very next day. I needed A/C service. I made an appointment on line. I was told they had no record of that and that was all corporate crap and they didn't always get those appointments. When I asked about getting the car serviced then, I was told I would have to leave it for 4-5 days to get the work done. I found another shop that got me in the same day.

    At 50 years old, This is the first new car for me. Now I've worked in the Powersports industry for over25 years, so I know how the sales game works. But I will have to say that for my first new car experience, things went pretty smooth from start to finish and everyone has been very friendly and professional. Thanks to Debbie Ponticelli, my sales person who made this very easy and definitely for that extra step she took for me and also to the finance guy, Chuck who didn't pull any punches with me and hooked me up with a decent break on warranty upgrade. I've had my car for two weeks now, and this has been a pretty painless experience.

    Don’t believe a word they say. They lie to get you into a car and then a week later will call you to ask for more money down. Their spot delivery extortion scheme is pretty sleezy.

  • Good turned bad

    I purchased a new Malibu from this dealership a year ago and had a good experience, so I returned to buy a Bolt. We were unable to come to terms. Two days later, I sent a message through their website "contact us" form, asking for the final numbers, as I wanted to explore my own financing. Two managers emailed me over the weekend to ask if my questions had been answered. I replied to both and said nobody had responded and I ended up going to the Nissan dealership and purchased a Leaf. I received an extremely snarky and unprofessional response from Mgr. Jay Schmitdke. I am disappointed in the low level response I received from individuals charged with providing good customer service and common courtesy.
