    Took my car in because my radio wouldn't turn off when I opened the door and who wants a dead battery in this heat. Vince assisted me without an appointment and my car was repaired and back to me in a timely manner. I appreciate Arrowhead Chevrolet and will only take my car there for all service and repairs/

    I have been using AutoNation for this car since I purchased in 2018. This visit was the best so far. While I didn't love the price, I wasn't pressured into extra services and they acutally stuck to my appointment time! That I am thankful for.

  • Poor communication

    My most recent experience was not good. It took this Chevy dealership 5 weeks to replace a regular Chevy power steering pump! My many requests for status were ignored. I received only one update in all that time and that turned out to be wrong by an additional week. They are clearly understaffed and haven't communicated well at all.

    Aaron Pewnew was my Service Manager. We discussed the issues and request I had made for my 2016 Traverse. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He worked diligently to have my warranty cover the items that they would cover. The other costs were as accurate as quoted. Thanks Aaron! My car is still running great!

    I am probably one of the easiest people to please when it comes to service. The rep was a nice young man so I am not complaining about him. I purchased my car just over a year and a half ago from Arrowhead Chevrolet. I was pressured that I had to have the extended warranty and it would save me considerable money if something goes wrong. I have brought it in twice. Both times my "appointment" had to be rescheduled and both times conveniently my service was covered under the warranty. One was something with the front alignment and the second was the sunroof material got loose. Those two items cost me $3000. They charge 180 for diagnostic probably because they know that people will take it to a mom and pop shop after hearing their ridiculous prices for repair. I left a message to talk to a manager about my experiences and of course no call back. Very disappointed and will not be recommending or purchasing from them every again.

  • Worst experience yet

    Since I started going to AutoNation a couple of years ago this was by far the worst experience I have had. Scheduled appt for an oil change and tire rotation. They scratched my driver's door and did a poor job trying to repair it. They were supposed to rotate my tires and didn't. I've left 2 voicemails for my service Rep Michael Kane and have not heard back. I paid for a fuel system cleaning and with the way everything went I have no way of knowing if it was done. at the time Machael said to contact him to make arrangements for a repair center to make repairs.
