    Salesperson, and finance manager didn’t appear to be very experienced at all. I had to follow up on several occassions to get answers to my specific questions. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

    AutoNation Chevrolet Arrowhead was great. I live out of town and came to the area specifically looking for a vehicle with a different dealership. They ended up not having the vehicle I wanted so I did a quick search online for others in the area and found a great one here at AutoNation. I sent an email asking if it was still available and Ricardo answered my email right away and said he could have it ready for me in a few minutes. And it was there ready to go when we got there! It looked brand new even though it was 4 years old, they really spiffed it up nicely. There were no hassles and the no haggle policy was a sigh of relief. I loved this place and will definitely look here again in the future.

    This autonation is horrible! Everytime I go it's a headache or issue. An all i go for is oil changes. An only go there for the oil change because it's currently covered.. We have extended warranty that we need to use but haven't because they cause such problems! An something is always damaged on the car afterwards. Be careful an check your car out before you leave the lot!

    Good service, just getting so expensive, they promised me when I bought, free oil changes, it was in a service contract I paid for ??? And then at the end no one explained what my up coming services would be ? I saw cabin filter but no explanation? What’s that for ? I need to budget and that’s why I asked to explain cost for future service.

    On December 21 2018 I purchased a 2011 Silverado 1500 LT Crew 4WD from Autonation Arrowhead. My sales person was Debbie Ponticelli, I had contacted her a few days prior to the sale and she kept in touch with me regarding the truck. I came into the dealership and it was displayed under the canopy looking amazing for all to see. I did a complete walk around and a proper test drive. The sales process was painless and was not pressured in buying anything on the back end that I didn't want or need.

    This was the fasted I have ever bought a car The salesman was GREAT ( Saul Aguirre ) The car was reserved and ready when I arrived . It is a basic car roll down windows and no power locks but one great back up camera . Just what I was looking for :) I have been in dealers where it took 6 to 8 hours to buy a new car but not here it only took 3 Hours from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. I hope the service department is as good as the sales department :) I will be dealing with ( Doug Gardner ) in service.

    Great experience. Our sales associate Ricardo G was informative and helpful through the whole process and followed up after the sale was complete. Emily S in finance was able to make a potentially stressful situation (spending tens of thousands of dollars) actually enjoyable. I would purchase through AutoNation Arrowhead again.

    The service was courteous and all work done properly. My only concern is that the service felt wasniverbooked. I had a 7 AM appointment and it took 3 hours. At the 3 hour point, Ininquired abiutmprogress and then was told the car was done.

    I have been bringing my Saturn Ion in to your facility for many years and have always been very happy with the service. However this week I had to have my car towed in and made an appt for 11:20. My car was delivered at 10:40. I did not receive a call from Tim Smith all day to let me know what the problem with the car was. I finally called at 4:00 and was told that since I had not had an appt my car had to wait until a tech was available and that now that we had talked he would order the parts but the car would not be fixed until the next day. I waited all day the next day and finally called at 4:00 to see what was going on. I was then told that it would be ready at 6:00 and to come get it then. I did not appreciate not getting at least an update on what was going on and that Tim did not even acknowledge that I did have an appt so I should have known earlier what the problem was. The customer service was not up to the usual standards and If I bring my car back I will request someone other than Tim for a service rep.

    This was the best purchasing experience we have ever had at any dealership. There was no haggling over price, and the price was beyond fair for the truck. The salesman spent 3 calls with me answering questions so that by the time we arrived to the dealership, it was a matter of test drive and leave in 2 hours with an exceptional purchase. Two weeks later there is no buyers remorse whatsoever, and we are sure we got everything we wanted for our money. Thank you!
