Amazing customer service
From the moment I placed my phone call to the time I left the service department I was amazed at how professional and courteous everyone was. I was extremely impressed on how quickly they were able to fit me in to check on the staple in my tire. The warranty they offer is hands down the best out that's out there.
All our needs met at every turn
I set my expectations with Al at the door, and he met them all. Within 3 hours, we were driving out in our new Toyota Tacoma. This is particularly amazing considering I had been negotiating a deal with Ford down the street. I'm a Z plan (previous factory worker) so my price with Ford is automatically below invoice. I had come with check book in hand to buy a Ford. They gave me such a runs around that I left. I decided to stop at Toyota because I had my heart set on coming home with a new truck. But I didn't know if Toyota could change my mind. They certainly did. I'm more than happy with my Tacoma, and glad it didn't work out at Ford.

Oil change and software update
Joel is friendly as a service advisor. The car took longer than expected possibly since this appointment was late in the day. My car appears to get 3-4 miles/gallon less after the oil change which I thought was weird but I'll keep and eye on it. The car could have been a bit cleaner as there were dried water marks all over the windows which I had to immediately clean.
I have been have my Toyota serviced at Larry Miller for 8 years and I have never been disappointed. Chris has been working with me for 7 years and always is honest with me and explains everything as needed. I always feel confident that whatever service I have will be expertly done.
They greet you at your car when you arrive and are knowledgable about the products. I felt that our salesman was attentive but I never felt like I was being pressured into the sale.

It was truly a great experience buying a car at Larry H. Miller Toyota. My car salesman Rick Zamora is the person that made the difference. Larry H. Miller Toyota management you need more professional salesman like Rick. No pressure, no BS. Tells is like it is. Also Gary Creek (Finance Mgr.) very easy to work with. I can't say enough good things about Larry Miller Toyota. Every part of the experience was enjoy from sales to financing. The dealership went above and beyond for our requests. I have purchased vehicles before and can be a little irritating negotiating with. However, Ahmed (sales rep) did a great job finding what we wanted and working a great deal. Thank you for everything and making the experience wonderful! Side note, traded a GMC Sierra which is nothing compared to the quality and customer service of Toyota.

I am a previous Toyota owner, and my car buying experience was so excellent. I thought now, 7 years later, the cars have gotten better, what about the buying process? I just needed to take the time to say how awesome I felt from the first encounter to the time I drove my car home on Valentine's Day 2016. I came to Larry Miller because I refused to have any car but a Toyota. The other lots never took me seriously. They did not make an effort to find the car I wanted. The first person I met was Tamim Maliq. He showed me around and really listened to what I wanted. And when I saw the price range of what I wanted, I was so discouraged, I thought no wonder the other lots laughed at me. He told me not to worry, Toyota makes models with somethings and some with others, it is just a matter of finding it." That got my attention, it turned disappointment to hope. I knew in that moment that this is the right guy. So poor Maliq, dealt with me and found my car right before I had to go. I told him I would be back with my mother in the morning. He was not forceful and he was not rude, he simply made me an appointment, and took my cell number. I received a call from Robert Smith (i think the same guy that negotiated my finance terms?) it was nice to get a call back to see if there was anything further they can set up for me at my appointment. So the next morning, my mother who worked nights, was running a little late. When I arrived he was right there waiting, we were able to pick up right where we left off the day before. Everyone one on the lot treated my mother kindly as she stayed outside to look at cars, and answered her many...many questions. Needless to say, I purchased a car that day, a car they didn't have yet. I was currently in a rental at the time, so in a few days my rental agreement was over and the rental service people with the help of Maliq and the so very sweet Adam Wali, were able to put me in a rental. They put me in a brand new Camry! Love! thank God I bought a car already, I may have reconsidered! I mean wow in the service department! Stand up, awesome team! I have to say thank you at this point to Irina Kransnova, for understanding my situation, it was a lot to ask but you all always made me feel like I was worth doing it for. My car came in ahead of schedule which was awesome! (I came in pretty much unannounced and Adam got the girls popcorn) , but not as awesome as Darcey Moore, she explained Gap insurance, I thought I had it, she explained the details and made it happen. Also, she explained how important it is to have certain services etc... She went over my case with a fine tooth comb, while Maliq watched my daughter (3ys) and Niece (2ys) for a little while so I could actually understand and ask questions. Also, I heart Daisy Ortega. Adam walked me through my entire car, he showed me things that made me squeal like I was seeing it for the first time. My two guys helped me transition car seats from the rental to my car with the girls and even snapped a picture complete with my very own rose! I drove home that day so happy, and so thankful I cried somewhere between Bell Rd, and Thunderbird Rd, yes Robert Smith I cried (wink). So I know I have 4,000 words remaining Mr. Jay Carley, but it still would not be enough to say how great, knowledgeable, smart, prompt, committed, loving, funny, caring, and attentive your team was through this whole experience. What is usually a painful process, was made pretty easy by the team at Larry Miller Toyota. From the Sales Team to Finance and everyone in between, our experience was one of the best we've ever had when purchasing a vehicle.
