Awesome experience

While there we talked to a salesperson on trading in 2013 Toyota RAV4 on a new 2017 Toyota RAV4. After a couple hours of back and forth they met our criteria… and we purchased the new 2017 Toyota RAV4. It was truly an awesome experience and we received a great deal.Great experience

New Car Purchase
by phxcarbyr on 07/02/2017I am pleased with my recent sales experience at Larry Miller Toyota. My salesmen, Lance was very knowledgeable about all of the Prius models available. He allowed me to test drive as many of the Prius models as I wanted to. Lance explained… in detail the different options available on each of the models. I feel that the dealership gave me a fair price for my trade in vehicle. Overall I am very happy with my car purchase from Larry Miller Toyota.I'm thrilled that Lance was so helpful when it came to finding the perfect Prius! The only thing that was problematic is that when we introduced ourselves and Desert Schools customers, it took forever for our salesmen to produce requested documents. by Love_Toyota on 06/01/2017The sales person Robin Conant walk through the process, made sure my Iphone had the app. and also made sure it functioned. How many sales still go the extra mile after the sale is done. He explained the features and showed us all the bells… and whilsles the new car had. This is the reason we came back after looking at the Nissan that Toyota had the better quality. It had the smoother ride which is important for me on long trips is to be comfortable. The other reason is that when you get to a point in your life, it not choosing to take less but finally have your dream in your car. We were looking for less feaures but when your dearler listened to what our needs were we realized that the vehicle we really wanted was the style and size with the features. Robin listened to our needs and did not force it but let us make up our minds. There was no pressure but guidance to what was available and what would make our needs and wants. This is why I say Excepional Customer Service. He was not selling us on something that was a payment plan but our dream vehicle. This is why I came back and told my spouse...Lets do this deal. The other car dealer said his boss was upset that he had offered a higher quality vehicle but with that came also the higher monthly payments. He then tried to sell us the lower quality vehicle. I explained to my spouse why are we gong for a payment just for a car we would not truely want and every time we made that payment we would remember the vechicle we wanted and what we settled for. Of course I have a payment but I now have a car that I am happy with. We always settle for things...well this time I was not going to settle for a 2017 vehicle with a payment but not what I truely wanted. Robin listened to what our wants, needs and expectatiuons. Showed us based on his fantastic listening skills, professional, polite. and not pushy. Even when we went to the Nissan Dealer he was so poite and professional and said he would be available no matter what our decission. We have always choosen Toyota and that is becasue of the quality of the vehilce. My son in another year will be looking for another vehicle and I would recommend Robin to listen to my son's needs for his family. Robin more than once answered all our question, even when we asked him more than once. On a scale of 1-10.... 10 being the highest.... Robin rates a 10+. All the boxes would be checked for that quality of service, explaination and being calm and professional. I have evaluated individuals based on thier how they present themselves to the public, and their Customer Service Skiills. Again, I enjoyed the expereice and even the person who finished the paperwork ...walked us through and answered all our questions. You have a Great Team that has Customer Service in their DNA. Again...Exceptional....it there is a Employee of the year Award...I would cast a vote for your Employee.I'm honored that our team especially Robin received such an outstanding review. Cars are more than a set of wheels and payments; they're a part of the family and the dream! I'm so glad you got your dream car and had such a remarkable experience with us. Pay attention to each item cost (i.e. trade value, options, ad fee) not the total cost as little details like $100 here and $125 there can be missed and was. This was missed initially… as the negotiation dialog changed from "I want this much for my trade..." with a response of "So you want to pay this much out the door...". The amount was not large and they fixed the mistakes when identified and did not argue when called out. For me it was more about honoring the deal set by Costco.Matthew, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. Totally Awesome Experience

They knew the product well and helped us with understanding the displays and even helped get our phones set to the Bluetooth. Frank Pelligreen helped us as well with our trade..So… happy with how it all turned out. Donovan in financing (even tho we didn't finance the car) explained all the paperwork really well as well as the warranty - which we purchased. All in all - it was a great experience, there was no pressure and we were taken care of very well. We had to come back later that night with a check and title - and salesman that weren't working with us, recognized us and helped us. Felt like a family atmosphere where our comfort mattered.We are so thrilled to hear about your 5-star experience with us! Beat Our Expectations By A Mile
by RLC92466 on 07/29/2016We had tried to buy a RAV4 from Larry Miller Toyota back in 2009, and were treated in such a horrible manner that we were forced to buy a Honda CRV from Arrowhead Honda (just opposite Larry Miller Toyota on Bell Road. From the moment we… walked in the door, we were treated so cordially that we felt we were very much at home. We ended up driving home in a 2016 Avalon and have been overjoyed with this automobile ever since. It is an absolute pleasure to drive. Our salesman, Tony DeLuca, along with his partner, Adam Wiley, were outstanding. They treated us so very well that we would be more than willing to recommend Larry Miller Toyota, and especially Tony DeLuca and Adam Wiley to any of our friends interested in buying a new car. Our good experience did not end when we "walked out the door" with our new automobile. Tony Deluca met with us and helped install the navigation and my iphone into my new car. We returned today and had a sun-shade installed and the parts department could not have been more helpful.
