I have to say in about 30+ years of buying and owning vehicles in many states that Beemer Haus was the best buying experience ever.
I called a couple days ago after searching Land Rovers and spoke to Dylan. He set up to show me the vehicle… the following day. I arrived the next day and Dylan went over everything with the vehicle, test drove it and even showed me the entire showroom. This was what I was looking for and with such low miles and the price, I couldn’t pass this up. A very rare Land Rover.
At that point the GM Kalin came over and we all talked for a bit. Come to find out Dylan and I went to the same high school in California and both of us were varsity guys. This was so cool. We both knew Dave Roberts who’s the Los Angeles Dodger manager as well. I went to high school with Dave. What a small world.
Then Jordan the finance manager came over and it was time to see him. I will have to say Jordan went above and beyond his duties to get me the best rate possible. Thank you so much Jordan. I owe you.
Throughout the entire experience I met the owner Charbro and David the sales manager. Both very nice guys and they both loved my trade in. 🤙 I hated to see it go. Someone is going to get a hell of a BMW.
We finished up the deal and I was off.
I can’t recommend Beemer Haus enough. Thanks guys and have a good one. 👍

by John Miller on 11/03/2023Important note. I notified the sales manager moments after leaving the lot via text messages and voiced my concerns. I then waited 11 days before posting my first negative review. After my reviews posted, it was only a couple hours before I… was contacted by the dealership. Now they want to try to make things right. But the reviews have to come down first. This review reflects my experience with this dealership. My experience DOES NOT CHANGE after the fact. That being said, the dealership has no desire to make things right, they just to save face. For the reviews that will allow photos I will post photos. My experience was as follows. Contacted the Dealership to show interest in a one owner BMW M850. Informed them that I Live in Florida and would be flying to AZ to pick up the vehicle and drive back. Did the deal over the phone. Arrived in AZ a few days later. The finance Manager was a complete tool the entie time and rude AF. The window tint i was charged $400 for by the dealer was clearly done by a child. The driver's window alone has Seven creases in the tint and three scratches down to the glass. The passenger side was not much better. Another thing worth mentioning is the floor mats. The original sticker for this car was $122,000. I'm certain that it didn't come with generic tan floor mats in a black on black car. Last but not least I pull off the lot headed on my 1700 mile journey across the country with 77 miles worth of gas. The low fuel light comes on a 48 miles for context. Very unprofessional,cringe worthy, experience. Definitely not one I would expect from a dealership with a vehicle of this caliber. I definitely should have utilized a different venue for my vehicle purchase. Wost vehicle purchase experience ever. NEVER AGAIN!!!Won't buy from them again
by edman911 on 08/30/2017Wouldn't budge on the price when the BMW inspection discovered the front brakes were nearly gone and the tires were bald. They also never told me the car came with a 2nd key. When I inquired they offered to sell me one "wholesale" for… another $325! Have the car inspected and make sure you're getting everything before purchasing a vehicle from them. The only thing they do well is offer a good selection of cars.This dealership was top-shelf for sure!
by hoosier94 on 04/21/2017This is not a typical "used car dealer" ... no hassles ... no games ... no pressure at all in fact. Nick and team went above and beyond to ensure my (used) car buying experience was as pleasant as possible. I was able to test drive the… car I wanted same-day without an appointment and had good 1-on-1 time to have all of my questions answered. I received fair value on my trade and the car I purchased was competitively priced already on their website (and their website is very user-friendly w/ lots of photos to help you before you need go to the dealership). Thanks to everyone at Beemer Haus for a terrific experience all-around -- all four team members with whom I interacted from beginning to end with very friendly and professional. Nick and team took good care of me throughout the entire process including a thorough demo as this is my first "beemer". I highly recommend including this dealership in your quest for a used BMW.No-nonsense, great inventory of used BMW's
by cschaef1 on 01/11/2017I had a great recent experience purchasing a BMW 5 series. Mike, the salesperson, was straight-forward and helpful. Maria was fantastic in signing paperwork. No high pressure sales tactics, breathe of fresh air compared to many large car… dealerships.TERRIBLE
by daryl_c on 01/11/2017Incredibly poor service and follow up! I showed up on their lot on a Thursday and was on the lot for some time looking at cars. No one ever came out to assist. Finally a young lady was walking across lot with lunch in hand and said she'd… send someone out. Worked with Nick that day, then it was like pulling teeth to get anything else accomplished...no return phone calls, no return emails, etc, etc. We went back to the lot both on Saturday and Sunday to view an X3 and also decided we may purchase another BMW from them...TWO CARS! Nope...still no return calls, emails (OH...and we are pre-approved ready to buy). On initial visit, I even wrote down all my info on paper for Nick...year/model/mileage of my trade in, what I was looking for in a car, etc. Nothing. One of the time I called in (probably Monday/Tuesday at this point) I spoke with Heather and let her know how frustrating and disappointing this all was...preapproved...looking at 2 cars...nothing. Finally I got an owner on the phone (Jessie)...who was nice and tried to get things on track a bit, but told me they don't like working with DSFCU, perhaps buy through them and refinance with DSFCU, they didn't have the title on the car yet (just got from auction a week before), I could put a non-refundable deposit of $250 to "hold" the car, etc. Later that evening, I was told to come in the next morning (a full week later, after I'd done all that legwork) and we'd work it out...but before I left, I received a call (finally! someone actually called me!) saying the car sold late the night before. HORRIBLE customer service...TERRIBLE at follow up on sales leads for well-qualified, pre-approved borrowers who had been at the lot 3-4 times, interested in TWO cars. I agree with all the people who say "no pressure"...there was NO anything.Boutique Beemer Buying

His experience in BMW vehicles made it very easy for me to narrow… down my options and enabled me to pick the proper BMW that suits my needs! Nick made sure that my vehicle was clean and included everything that was promised during the business transaction. I also happened to meet the owner (Charbel) during my visits. He was very straightforward and pleasant to talk and deal with in this process. He actually picked me up from my workplace and drove me to his dealership so that I can close the deal and pick my beautiful Bimmer! During the journey, I learned a few things about him and his life that made me at ease and very comfortable to give him my business! Thanks Beemer Haus for making my experience of purchasing a quality pre-owned BMW an easy and hassle-free one. Mostly because no matter how happy I am with my car, the buying process consistently left me feeling dirty and afraid of what I have actually signed without really knowing. Having purchased 3 cars in the last… 3 years from Beemer Haus and never having felt any of this, I can confidently recommend the staff of Beemer Haus to handle every aspect of any purchase accurately and fairly. I never worry about anything being hidden. They tell me up front of any potential issues, of all costs and all fees. When I am signing paperwork, I feel comfortable knowing I was treated fairly and nothing will come back as a surprise later. The next day I went back to test drive the BMW I was interest in and Charbel took me out on a test drive… answering even more of my questions. I was waiting on an insurance settlement from my previous BMW being totaled out and they were very understanding and helpful. The following day I called Nick and told him I had the final settlement on my car and I was going to be in to purchase the car I was interested in. By the time I arrived Nick had the car washed and waiting. All the paperwork took a total of about a half hour. Jessie was great in following up with me, answering questions I had and arranging to have little things address and taken care. I got an awesome price for a car that would have cost me thousands more on a new BMW dealer lot. Beemer Haus is a top notch dealer with service, friendliness and price that are first class and way above their new car dealer competition!!! I will definitely be back for my next BMW!!!Awesome Experience...Great dealer!!!

by vkstephe on 03/08/2013updated 06/01/2025I had visited Beemer Haus while car shopping because I had found them to have BMW's for thousands less then othe BMW dealerships. On the day I fianlly decided to purchase a car, the owner Charbel was the only one there as it was an hour… before closing on one of the few days it rains in Phoenix. Despite the fact that Charbel had to fly to California in the morning, he stayed hours later then closing to make sure I would be able to get my car that that. He actually ended up breaking his nose prepping the car for me, but still worked through it, going to the hospital only after I had my car ready to go! On top of giving me a good deal on a car, he also gave me thousands more on my trade in then 3 other dealerships. Afterward, my insurance asked me for additional documentation and Charbel and Jessie made sure to get me everything I needed even after the deal was done. I have rarely been to a dealership that goes so out of their way for a customer and is genuinely honest. I will definately recommend them to my friends and family.
