He and Michael got everything ready while I drove up so I could be in and out to watch the Super Bowl. Michael… even inquired about my financing and was able to beat USAAs rate, which I've never seen anyone do before. Overall, about as seamless of a car buying experience you could hope for. Great team to work with, even Vince in finance laid out my options but was not overly aggressive and helped me make an informed decision. Normally in the past after I buy the car the team disappears when I need them. Not Jason and Mike, they've been all over any concerns and responded promptly to my satisfaction. Promote them or give them raises as they are very good at what they do. I bought a Honda at Autonation previously and did not have a great experience, so I was hesitant at first, but Jason and Mike re-established my trust in AutoNation.Hello, we're happy to hear you had such a positive experience with our team! Bait & Switch
by David on 10/17/2024I went to AutoNation Mesa last Saturday, October 12. I was there to look at a Chevrolet Colorado Trail boss that was advertised on auto trader. When I arrived, the salesman could not find the keys for the truck, it was right in front of… me where I parked at the dealership. The salesman then tried to get me interested in a more expensive truck, same year, same model, same trim. The only difference was the one I was interested was considered used with 10,000 miles on it while he was trying to get me to buy a brand new Colorado. I test drove it, but I turned him down and left. Later in the day, the salesman texted me saying he found another truck that he thinks I would like even better than either of the first two trucks, he said it was priced at $39,000. I said I’d come by and take a look at it, which I did, I test drove it. I liked it. I said let’s go inside and talk about the particulars. This was the point when the salesman then told me the offer price for the vehicle would be $51,000. This is a classic bait and switch. Frankly, I’m surprised that they would pull this crap especially after having purchased a vehicle before from AutoNation in Las Vegas. After I left, I had to go home and take a shower. I felt so dirty after dealing with them. I have reported AutoNation Mesa to the FTC Better Business Bureau, and local news stations, let’s just how pissed off I am. Also left a review on Google and this one here. Hopefully this review is read by any potential AutoNation Mesa customers and they realize it is not a place they want to buy a car, they will scam you in a moment’s noticeNewest Happiest Customer

They are very thorough and welcoming, very positive attitudes from all employees. We loved the fact that they had… a nice inventory and after running the numbers, with our trade in we ended up being able to get into a brand new vehicle that we LOVE. Unsafe and irresponsible

new truck purchase
by maddogpt on 03/22/2024We purchased a new Chevy Colorado from AutoNation Superstition Springs in Mesa, AZ. Other than the usual price negotiations, the experience was fine. They increased the value of our trade-in to what we were hoping for and deleted the… add-ons for vehicle protection as we requested. One complaint would be the poor detailing of the vehicle prior to taking it home. Cadillac
by DLJ on 01/24/2024This was our first experience buying a car in AZ. We have always purchased in ND in the past. We are happy with the car we found. However there’s was not an owner’s manual with it. New vehicles have so much to learn. We asked them to get us… one but they said they could not. Interesting. We also asked to have the front license plate bracket removed since you only need one in AZ. That didn’t happen either. We removed it ourselves and of course there were holes to plug. We asked for plugs but what we received did not work. It also was not detailed well at all!! All the cup holders and compartments in the back were gross. And there was sand in the carpet. Obviously I cleaned it myself but we never received this type service in ND! Our sales lady did what she could to help. We certainly weren’t used to this type of situation. Beware of finance dept

Theft protection for over $600, even though I have car insurance. 4 oil… changes for $880. Absolutely ridiculous.Hi, we appreciate you taking the time to respond. Swift service & extremely professional

Mr E processed our financing paper work and moved so swiftly I think we may have sat down 5 mins & was done. Lol ok it took at least 20 mins but… was so smoothly done it felt like 5 mins. We left with a payment that is managed, and insurance warranty that full protect our new inventory. We trust & greatly appreciate the service provided.
