After further shopping a few days later, showed the salesperson Anthony's card he gave… us and we began the process. After very little negotiation we were able to get the deal we we happy with. Anthony also went through the OnStar and other setup with us. Increased Prices
by Damara22 on 02/15/2023My advisor provided great customer service & did everything he said he would do. His timeframe was accurate. The issue I have is with the dealership’s increased price for a simple oil change. With my 10% discount it was still $81.36 OTD.… That was unexpected & ridiculously high. The rep I scheduled an appt with could not tell me the price of the oil chg & said someone wld call me back to let me know. But no one did. She also said my oil change would take 30-60 min and it took a few hours & I was on my lunch hour. My advisor offered shuttle service to and from for me. So that worked out ok. I won’t be coming back to the dealership due to the increases prices. No issues with the service provided by my advisor. He was very helpful.Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Beware
by Cgmesa420 on 02/01/2023I'll preface this by saying the metal key separated from the fob shortly before my appointment. I brought my car in for an oil change on 1/30/22. After taking about 3 hours to change the oil, I got my key fob and went to start my car only… to find the metal part was missing. I went back to the service department and told Mr Roberts that my key did not appear to be in my car. He goes out to my car and tries to tell me that it's stuck in the ignition and I said I don't think so but okay. He then proceeds to jam a knife and a screwdriver and God knows what else into my ignition to retrieve this part of a key that doesn't even go in far enough to get stuck, before finding out the part of my key needed to start the car was actually dropped inside the service bays by a technician. Now my ignition sensor is damaged and thinks there is a key in the ignition at all times.This has also rendered my key fobs useless. Their service manager damaged my ignition, which also devalues my vehicle. The dealership needs to take responsibility for their service manager damaging my vehicle and make this right. I have now placed multiple calls to the dealership and they have gone unanswered and unreturned.Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Shady Oil Change Fees
by Derby Cat on 01/26/2023I was charged for windshield cleaner concentrate when I filled it up before I went to my oil change appointment. I was advised this is a charge that is part of the oil change fees. So, you get charged for this whether you need windshield… wiper fluid or not. So yes, the cost was low but if AutoNation does this on every oil change it adds up to a nice tidy sum for them.Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback.
