Increased Prices

My advisor provided great customer service & did everything he said he would do. His timeframe was accurate. The issue I have is with the dealership’s increased price for a simple oil change. With my 10% discount it was still $81.36 OTD. That was unexpected & ridiculously high. The rep I scheduled an appt with could not tell me the price of the oil chg & said someone wld call me back to let me know. But no one did. She also said my oil change would take 30-60 min and it took a few hours & I was on my lunch hour. My advisor offered shuttle service to and from for me. So that worked out ok. I won’t be coming back to the dealership due to the increases prices. No issues with the service provided by my advisor. He was very helpful.
