They steal your keys !

by meYellowbug on 06/20/2015

Long story short, Sandra Morris the salesperson took my car keys to look over my trade in, but when I decided not to go through with the deal she would not give me back my car keys. She said they misplaced them and I had to literally demand my car keys back so I could leave. She followed me to my car basically yelling at me. I was traumatized by the whole experience.

PRESSURE PRESSURE PRESSURE!!!!!

by MasterDad on 10/18/2012

I have been looking at cars for a couple months now trying to find the best deals. My credit score is well above 700 and my wife is slightly higher than mine so it is not like we are a risk in our purchase; we just want to find the best interest rates and the best payments for our purchase. I have been to multiple dealerships and have been treated with professionalism and respect until today. This dealership made it a point to go out of its way to try and force me to buy a car. I was asked for a commitment to buy 11 times in less than 20 minutes. I told them the first time they asked that I was shopping for the best deal I could find, and I also told them my parameters. They just kept asking me to commit before they would tell me what they could offer. Then they asked for my keys so they could "assess my trade in." What a joke. All they did was go look at my vehicle for 30 seconds then play hide the key from the buyer. They never did anything more than try and get me to agree to purchase something... I told them that I wanted to see the numbers... they said first I have to agree to buy a car. At that time I told them I wanted my keys back, and they lulled around saying they were looking for them but all the while I had sales person after sales person come by and basically yell at me for not committing. I then DEMANDED my keys back, and had to endure another 10 minutes of verbal assaults until I left. The best part was they gave me a quote (which I asked for at the beginning) as I was leaving, and actually looked surprised that I did not accept it. I would not recommend my worst enemy go to this dealership. They are unprofessional and uncaring, and have no idea was customer service is. I would rather go to another dealer (which I will), pay a higher interest rate, and get less of a car than to EVER deal with these [non-permissible content removed] again.

Don't do it!

by exhondalover on 08/29/2012

Don't do it. These guys care about selling you a car, not at all about what is best for you. I know many salespeople are that way, but we have purchased 4 Hondas previously. These guys only care about making a deal. They did not return a small item that was confirmed that I left in the car after calling my salesman and asking. He said, yes, they're returning it. They didn't. Also, I told them I had to drive an hour to get to the dealership and the prices quoted over the phone needed to be as firm as possible. I understood that they needed to appraise my van I was turning in. I asked, 'do these numbers include tax and all fees?' in a text from the salesperson. His answer was 'yep'. When I went there, he admitted that he told me a lie just to get me there. I told him never have a mother leave her children to come in and purchase a car and then change the terms. My love for Honda in the end was the determining factor of going with another Honda. But, I am highly disappointed in the van on top of it all. Honda has chinced so much on the interior. They did away with the prettiness of the interior. It's plasitc and is missing all the wonderful storage of previous models. The same reliable engine (hopefully) is still inside, but the seats, carpet, finishes, etc are SO CHEAP! I am very happy that we leased and did not buy. I like the fact that it is a new car, but I wouldn't purchase from this dealership nor would I go Honda again!!!!!! And yes, in previous years I left amazing reviews because I have dealt with amazing salespeople and have owned wonderful Hondas before. This experience and current quality are far below par.

Do not buy from here!!

Called dealership and talked to Bobby about new car purchase. I gave him the numbers I can afford and told him I did not want to drive an hour for nothing. He told me he could make the numbers work, but if a deal is not made he will give me a $25 gas card. With that I said I would make the drive. Got to the dealer and was immediatley asked to fill out a credit application. I denied that and told them I need to see numbers first. Took the car for a test drive. Great car! Went into the dealership to talk numbers. Bobby asked what payment I could afford and I told him. Then he asked me to sign a paper saying if he got that payment that I would commit to buy. I told him I am not signing anything until I see actual numbers. He then left and his "manager" Mark came in. He asked why we would not sign the paper and I tld him I have not even seen a price on the vehicle yet. He left and got some numbers together. They were WAY off and I told him so. He told me that was the best he could do. I said sorry and asked for my gas card. He told the original salesman Bobby to get my gas card. Bobby told me that we were being "difficult" and he was not going to give me a gas card. I said to him that I told him what I was looking for before I drove up and I was being honest. He said that there still was no gift card. What a joke! At least have an ounce of integrity and honor your saide of the deal. Needless to say, I got home and made a deal with another dealership.

they use high presure sales tecniques and have no morals what so ever. when I asked them to explain the deal they gave my mother they got hostile and threw me out of the dealership. they over charged her buy about $5000 and she bought two new cars from them before this including the one she traded in. do your self a favor and never darken the door way of this place.

Do not buy from findlay nolte honda

by gvw17 on 02/16/2009

My husband and I went there to purchase a car, there was no price for any additional acessories on the vehicle. When we did the paper work for the purchase of the vehicle, they started added prices for acessories that were not on the car. Something called an" Arizona pro packge." this package costs $795, which turns out to be splash gurads, wheels locks, and wax. Which you can buy wheel locks and splash guards at any auto store for a fraction of the cost. i would not recomened buying a car from this dealership, they do not run a very good business at all.
