I had an excellent buying experience with Bruce at Auto Nation Honda in Chandler. I found the vehicle on line and approached them to get a look at it. Bruce never pushed but simply listened to me. Once I made up my mind this was it, he and the team there went to work pulling all the details into place. It was a great experience.

Great experience

Experience was efficient and fast. Mike Colbert son was my advisor . Printed out and explained everything in detail . Gave quotes on future services also. Another thing Mike did , he helped me and my wife jump start our 2nd car which died in the parking lot . Very helpful . I will be using Mike for my service advisor in the future

Love The New Car And Salesman Was Great

Not happy

I bought a new 2024 Honda CR-V hybrid. The car is fine. The sales person, Byonna was great. The financial guy, Mo, wasn't great, he was too pushy. He tried to sell me 'their' warranty package for 30 minutes. I should have walked out. He couldn't understand why I said 'no'. He even got another guy in to try and sell me their warranty package. He couldn't understand why I said 'no'. They both kept pushing. Mo mentioned he had a coupon to help with the warranty package, still pushing, and hard too! I won't recommend this dealer to any one.

Worst Finance Department Ever

---Stay Alert & Pay VERY Close Attention--- When it comes to the finance department, stay alert. They will distract you with personal questions and attempt to get to know you. After pleasantries, we discussed GAP insurance, I declined coverage and stated that I would go through my own bank with any extras related to insurance. The finance manager I worked with, Abel Valencia, somehow added a $3900 package to my total. I signed everything electronically, and he slid a paper across the table asking for my signature while we discussed our family dogs. I signed without paying attention, thinking I was in the clear after declining all packages. I take full responsibility for not paying closer attention to what I was signing, as I should have read everything again before signing. After 3 days, I went online to my bank and saw that the loan financed was much higher than what I had originally agreed upon. So, I called right away to get it cleared up. Since their policy is 200 miles or 5 days to make any changes or if you have buyer's remorse, I made it in time to cancel the coverage. Since Abel was off on the day I went in, I was put in the hands of Oscar Hernandez Ramos. After walking back to his office, he made it a point to let me know that the coverage I was returning was the best they had. After I stated that I didn't want it and I would find it elsewhere, he proceeded to say, "so you want to pay out of pocket to fix your car if something happens to it", I replied, "yes". We sat there in silence as he prepared the "paperwork" (one sheet of paper showing the coverage was canceled) This was on 11/8. My bank still hasn't received the funds or any documentation stating that the funds will be returned to them. I called Oscar on 11/17 and left a message for him, stating I have been in communication with my bank, and they haven't received anything. I asked Oscar to please call me back. Fast forward to today, 11/20, I called again today, and no one answered. The phone just kept going back to the greeting message. I have yet to hear back from anyone regarding my refund and it's been 22 days, multiple phone calls and multiple messages. I even email my sales guy asking for more info on Oscar, he never replied.

Price for oil or labor just for oil change should be lower one or the other. I might as well go to those quick oil change places for $ 25-30 compared to $90 for same service

Took the car in due to the B123 maintenance light. Turns out, we didn't need the trany flushed since it was done previously, by the previous owner. AutoNation Honda was honest and didnt gauge us for something we disnt need!

Efficient, Friendly and competent Service

I managed to lose the key fob for my new Honda Pilot. I contacted Auto Nation and within 3 days I had a new fob ordered, programmed and was out the door. Very comfortable svc waiting area, The programming took a couple hours, but everything works as it should.

Took my car for oil change and tire rotation. AutoNation also states they will check fluids. After the work was complete, I received a print out reporting that a series of work was completed and fluids checked signified by an x. So… the report marked an x that windshield wiper fluid had been check and was in sufficient supply. Before the itemized bill and services were given to me I checked the windshield wiper fluid container and it was empty. Auto Nation Honda Services have deteriorated and integrity questionable. When a company check marks that they completed a task that they never did, it makes me me wonder what work was completed? If you don’t complete the little tasks (adding windshield wiper fluid) How do I know you completed the other major how do I major repairs?
