Dealership Service Review
I was on my way to an early Saturday morning golf tee time with two other golfers when my Armada's transmission broke down on the Interstate. I was able to safely coast off to the side of the freeway and called my Warranty Service Company for Emergency Road Side Assistance and could not get a hold of anyone. Fortunately, one of our other golfing partners was not too far behind and picked us up so we did not miss our tee time. I left the key to my Armada in a safe place and called my AutoNation Service Provider, Patrick Golliher about an hour later when the Dealership opened. He helped me coordinate the tow to the Dealership and shortly after a full day of golf and safe at home, Patrick called to let me know my Armada was ready to be picked up. I could not have been more pleased. Not only was my Saturday golfing saved, I did not have to worry about getting a rental car. Too bad it did not help with my golf game but the service provided by Patrick and AutoNation was a 'hole in one' for me!
