But they tried and did all they could to get me in a vehicle I was happy with in a payment I could afford.… Will definitely go back when its time to trade this one inTake business elsewhere!!!
by JGo on 01/20/2021Be very cautious here. I should have taken my time looking through reviews before hand due to the outcome. The staff seems very friendly at first which is welcoming but once the deal is made don’t expect much else. Got into a 21 wrangler… and had to take it into service the very next day. Supposedly is was leaking oil which turned into it needing more than just a gasket. This deal turned sour quick and now I am without my brand-new vehicle for what could be over a month. The service dept is not getting my money to fix it so of course they could care less how long it takes. It’s a new 2021 I don’t care what any of these people say. You go and buy a new vehicle to not have any issues for a while. don’t plan to ever provide any business to this place again. A huge stress it has turned out to be which should not be the case for any consumer. If you have had good luck it would have been nice for the same, but these people don’t care in the end.Joshua, thanks for making me aware of what is going on with your new wrangler. by Parts and service on 01/17/2021Took our van to get serviced at the dealership because we purchased an extended warranty. The battery was draining even though it was new and the auto start/stop stopped working. Additionally, it is difficult to fuel the vehicle because the… pump constantly shuts off. I also wanted to see if there were any software updates available. I was told that the main battery and the start/stop battery were both bad, there was nothing wrong with fueling (I just don’t know how to do it), and the software updates would cost over $300. I said to replace the start/stop battery but not the main battery since it was new and eligible for free replacement. I could do that myself. I also got the software updates. Almost $700 later and my van works, but is still difficult to fuel no matter how far in I shove the pump. I also had the main battery tested and it is fine. Glad I didn’t pay them to replace a perfectly good battery. I may try another dealership to diagnose the fueling problem since this one couldn’t and couldn’t even properly test a battery.Sorry to hear about the issues with the battery on your Pacifica. by Did not purchase a vehicle on 01/17/2021My Jeep was services an it was not a great experience. A) Tge service advisor judged my looks and not the MAN that I'm. B) Simple service. Update recall 100,000 miles pm Service advisor stated after two days that he… had no time to service my vehicle. C) Services dept. Manager was brought in for unrelated issues, the service advisor walked me out to the lot to look for my vehicle? 1) he'd grabbed the wrong keys. 2) My vehicle was already been services. 3. Last to bring it to a close the services advisor never once returned my calls. (Last time I'd called? Was right in the lobby of the service department called the staff and he was just sitting in his seat not doing anything looked up to the call and just kept munching on a piece of candy or chocolate. I also needed an oil change which was done but the problem with my transmission was not fixed which was what I originally went in for, I paid for the… “recommended” service for my car to be done paid $250 and my transmission is still making the noise. Maintenance oil change and tire rotation
by BNW on 01/09/2021I took my 2020 Jeep Cherokee in for an oil change and tire rotation as part of the Wave Program. The oil change and filter went well. As I left the dealership I realized something was wrong with my tires. Upon examination, I discovered… my right rear tire lug bolts were not even finger tight. Cliff did an amazing job of getting this corrected when I returned to the shop.Thank you for letting me know about this situation.
