Down to earth sale guy
by Russ on 07/06/2018updated 07/13/2018I have to give our sale guy Ronnie Cabanilla credit. I'm not the easiest person to deal with when it comes to me having to spend money. However Ronnie is a jeep guy so we got along, and he still was able to get me into a 2018 Jeep… Cherokee. Over all process went pretty smooth except for my few emotional breakdowns on price (Not cause price is expensive I just don't want to spend money). So needless to say Ronnie did a great job and I would buy another vehicle from Larry H Miller. Fair price and no run around.Best service department around!

Bad service

I’m not very happy and will not be returning to this dealership at all. Would have gave a no star but had to put at… least a 1 start.Jr, Im disappointed that you were not satisfied with our pricing. I brought my truck to Nick at Larry Miller. He was great. He coordinated all… repairs with the dealership in cali and my extended warranty service co. He kept me up to date and was very helpful. Service advisor(Mike Veselik) was thorough in asking me what I needed and after through payment made sure I was happy with the… service I was given. Not pushy, very friendly, Edwin Martinez was super and 100% over the top awesome. The manager even replaced my window… decal, so I could put it on my new car. They gave me a chance on the 1st time I went, and again on the 2nd. Everyone thank you so much, you made it so painless, and thank you Edwin for looking out for me and even showing me how to use my car. Terrible Sales/Customer Service
by Tigie78 on 06/28/2018I went to LHM for the purposes of buying a 2018 Jeep Wrangler. I had a very young, but knowledgeable rep assist us in test drives and final choice of vehicle. I was ready to purchase a 2018 JL Jeep Wrangler my dream car really. We sat… for over eight hours going back and forth with financing to finally reach a deal. This was not only frustrating, but unnecessary as a week later I was called back to be informed that I could not be financed at the rate agreed upon and spent another two hours until again another deal was made. If this wasnt the vehicle I had dreamed or I hadn t already tint the windows since it was not done buy deal ship as I had paid for per original contract. I would have taken my own car back and ended the deal. I left with the Jeep and soon after received notification that my Jeep had a recall. The customer service representative I scheduled appointment was rude over the phone when I asked questions about a loner car etc. The appointment was scheduled, and I arrived twenty minutes early. The vehicle was taken to service and after forty five minutes I was told the software system had went down earlier in the day. I received no call to cancel this appointment. Overall, I am in a business of customer service and Id expect a dealer who sells such amazing vehicles to provide customers a better experience and follow-up. As I will never refer nor return to Jeep Avondale I love my Jeep. I hope you work harder to satisfy the customer rather then seal the deal that may or may not work out as agreed.Im disappointed to hear that your experience was lengthy and unsatisfactory. Bait and switch financing

They should be ashamed of themself but they are car salesmen so they are not.We do our best to secure competitive but fair pricing for our customers. Terrible Customer Service and all around lies!
by mrpogie on 06/17/2018First on the list they lost my vanity plate so I had to pay an additional 25.00. They added the "Desert Package" which I never asked for and they tinted my windows and I didn't ask for that either. They told me both were included but then I… figured out that they just added it into the loan amount. The kicker was I made an appointment for them to fix my back up camera and they said they changed it out but I found out nothing was done at all and the same camera is still there. Did I mention that I had an appointment? I gave the manager my car keys and it just sat for an hour and a half before I realized no one even knew it was there? I wasted my birthday time with my family for absolutely nothing.Im sorry to hear about this subpar experience. I will sit down with my service team and find out what happened.
