by azkathie on 02/22/2015On a scale of 1 - 10, Bonnie Pinnell, Kevin Warner and Lynn in Financing each get an 11. I drove over 30 miles to Earnhardts because of the time and effort Bonnie and Kevin put into finding me the perfect deal. Lynn in Finance, was just… the icing on the cake. She took more time and effort, then one would expect to get me the best financing deal possible. Car buying can be lengthy and stressful, but Bonnie, Kevin and Lynn made it a very pleasant experience. Although there is a Honda dealership less than 5 miles away, I will continue to give my business to Earnhardts. These 3 folks gave me the time and effort that 2 other Honda dealerships in the valley chose not to do.Kathie, Thank you for the wonderful review and for traveling to Earnhardt Honda from quite a distance to do your business. He was courteous and listened to what we had to say, regarding our budget and model of car we were looking for. Robert Speer is… a people person and he was patient in answering all of our questions. I will highly recommend the dealership because even the bussiness person, Lynn Cole, was extremely helpful in setting up our loan, explaining details. Additionally, she gave us a good insight in coverage programs that best suit maintenance and gap policies for our vehicle.Thanks so much for taking the time to write this review! Horrible experience!
by italiangrl26 on 02/12/2015Well I have to say that this dealership is the absolute worst!!!! The managers and Mr. Ed department do not give one crap about their customers!!!! First I was put into a car I absolutely HATE only to be told there's nothing else they can… do for me. Not to mention all the issues the car had that they supposedly fixed. HAHA! Too bad the issues still exist as the dealership rigged the car to get rid of me. To top of the HORRIBLE customer service I still don't have the key that was promised to me when I got this hunk of crap in mid December!!!!! I've called multiple times in January and now February. EVERY SINGLE TIME I GET THE SAME SONG AND DANCE!!! "We ordered it yesterday." How many "yesterdays" are there going to be???? Called to speak with Bill in the Mr. Ed department. He says he ordered the key. Can't get him to return a single call for days, even though he keeps promising to call and let me know where my key is. So....in the interest of obtaining some answers and getting my key, I called and spoke with the senior manager Matt. I figured the manager would help. Haha!!! Basically got told I am wrong and that this is an over site. AN OVER SITE FOR TWO MONTHS???!!!! I can see a week or two being an over site but not two months. Nice try Matt! He also proceeded to keep telling me they're a dealership and they have customers and that's why no one can return my call. I'm well aware of that. IM ONE OF THOSE CUSTOMERS!!! What a PATHETIC EXCUSE to give a customer. What a great manager! Mr. Earnhardt may want to reconsider the people he has "managing" this location. They're costing you customers sir. Far as I'm concerned I will never return to any Earnhardt dealership. All I heard until I drove the car off the lot was how much they value repeat customers. That their main goal is to "have satisfied customers in the hopes they will return for future purchases." REALLY???? If that's not the funniest thing I've ever heard!!! Here's a tip Earnhardt....if you want to keep customers(and not lose new potential ones) perhaps TRY TREATING THEM AS SUCH! What a shame because I've already told two people looking to buy cars to AVOID Earnhardt. One actually LEFT YOUR LOT after I told him how I've been treated. He went and purchased at CHAPMAN yesterday Apparently you here at Earnhardt have never heard of "word of mouth." Well the only word of mouth you all will get from me is to avoid your store at all cost. Too bad because my sales guy John was great. It's the higher ups and the Mr. Ed department that could care less. They care until you drive the car off the lot. How sad! Too bad there's not a no star option!!! I hope the $175 key you all can't replace that you promised was worth losing thousands in sales. Way to keep customers happy, returning and referring their friends and family. You've achieved the complete opposite Earnhardt Honda. Bravo!I'm discouraged to hear you drove away with a dissatisfying experience at our dealership. We are committed to providing a pleasant shopping experience and that always starts with great customer service. I had the pleasure of meeting Robert Speer on my first visit and he treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy! Though I am a woman and visited the dealership alone, I… was never talked down to, nor did I feel pressured to buy. Robert was more like a friend who wanted to show me all the great things about the CRV that I was interested in. Every button was explained and he gave me the time during my test drive to ask questions and to make any comments without push back. Wonderful experience! I eventually met Erik Brown, who was lovely as well! I got a great price, no hassle, and had the most pleasant buying experience that I have had at any dealership, ever! Will never ever recommend anyone to buy the vehicle from this dealership.

I was told and committed a different price over the phone and email and when I reached the dealership after driving 40 miles from my home, I was told another price. Also, I was lied about the… choice of my color, and when I signed up the papers, I was told that I will have to choose another color since they didn't had the color that I wanted. There were no price negotiations and I had to buy the car at very high price and compromise on the color as well since most of the paperwork including the credit pull was already done. Will never ever recommend anyone to buy the vehicle from this dealership.Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review. BEST STAFF AND DEALERSHIP EVER
by JayJonez on 09/11/2014First my wife and I would just like to say that The Earnhardt Honda staff treated us just like family, and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Jay K, Aman G, Rafi and even the receptionist lady that was keeping an eye on our children… did an awesome job. We will never go to another dealership again to buy a vehicle. A quick little story for all of you readers. My wife and I went to Sands Chevrolet in Surprise(STAY AWAY FROM) and got totally screwed on our deal and they were not trying to give us our car back. Long story short I contacted Earnhardt Honda and they squared us away. We got our car back took it to Earnhardt Honda and got a new 2014 Honda Crosstour EX-L. We have never been happier. I really wish I could go tell you all the entire nightmare we went through dealing with Sands Chevrolet in Surprise but take my ADVICE AND STAY AWAY FROM SAND CHEVROLET IN SURPRISE. Great place to buy a Honda

She'll give you a run down on the features of the Honda you are looking at, during a test drive she'll be engaging and ask questions to make sure you are… getting what you need from the test drive. She'll answer any questions and if she doe snot know then she'll find out even if your like me a buy a new model (CR-Z) which has only be out for 3-4 weeks and ads on TV here for only 2 weeks and she still had great knowledge of the car. There's no pressure but when you decide to make your purchase she'll move things along for I'll be buying another Honda from her and Earnhardt because now it is the place to buy my next Honda and only from Desiree.you.
