Love the truck, been doing research and comparisons for two years now. Also had my eye on Gateway and chose the dealer for its customer service history. I had a great salesperson.

Not just do it because we have it covered under warranty. Example...my air filter was changed after the fact ... i wish… they woulda told me before it needed to be do e and i would have ok"d it. Over all service was good !!survey

This was due to the girl at the desk. She didn't tell the driver that I was at the… dealership so the shuttle guy went to my house to pick me up!! When I addressed it with her, she was nonchalant and not sympathetic. She didn't own up to her mistake. This has never been my experience at your location.Gateway Body Shop

The whole team is there to help me as much as possible dealing with the insurance company. Me being so picky and them caught in the middle the have so much… patients. He always recognizes me when I come in for service and remembers that I have 2 vehicles, a 2003 Chevy S-10 I purchased at Gateway Chevrolet in 2003 and a used 2003 Buick that I also purchased a year ago… at Gateway Chevrolet in Avondale, AZ. I dropped my car off and he called me a few hours later to pick up, everything was hassle free. The female cashier… was rude. I don't know why the cashier's are not taking payments any longer and we have to stand outside our service man's door waiting (sometimes awhile) to pay.great staff

In fact it didn't, and when asked they said it would be installed on it no cost to me. Then I was told I couldn't get it on that model, I… would have to purchase another vehicle for 50$ more a month. I purchased 2 vehicles that day and SHOULD be very happy with my purchases based on what I thought I purchased.Great job
