Robert did a great job with handling my issue. However, the shuttle experience was not a good one. I had to wait almost an hour just to get home. This was due to the girl at the desk. She didn't tell the driver that I was at the dealership so the shuttle guy went to my house to pick me up!! When I addressed it with her, she was nonchalant and not sympathetic. She didn't own up to her mistake. This has never been my experience at your location.
