I can’t recommend Brandon McCarthy at Wasilla Lithia Dodge highly enough! From the start, Brandon took the time to really get to know us and understand what we were looking for. There was zero pressure — just honest, clear communication and… a genuine focus on our needs. We traded in our old vehicle and got a more than fair value, and drove off in a 2023 Jeep Cherokee we absolutely love. He was so pleasant to work with and made sure I had rides to and from… the dealership while keeping the timelines promised. I was able to text him directly and he replied immediately. WILL recommend their service to everyone!Steve is awesome!

The first was for windshield replacement. He was able to get the cost down to about $237 from… the initial $640 quoted for parts only! He was able to do it in only and hour! It was great! The second service was initiated by an engine light! Because of the wonderful experience I had with the windshield replacement, I immediately contacted Steve! He was able to get the problem sensor replaced while we waited! It was quick and easy! Please give Steve credit for both of these service issues! He's friendly, fast, and efficient!truck purchase

I feel like I got a fair deal, the salesman I dealt with was very helpful and I didn't feel pressured at any time to make a purchase. I live out of town and had… no way to get the car home, Lithia salesman delivered the car to me, I'd say that's going the extra mile in customer satisfaction. Very satisfied with the whole transaction. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.Nice dealership

I have never waited that long in other service centers for an oil change even without an… appointment. I regret buying the oil change service agreement.Outstanding customer service!

When I called to get my truck in the gentleman that helped me was calm (which helped me… to relax a little)and helped me to get what I needed to get my truck fixed and get home safe. The oil change Was quicker than I thought it would be, and my service guy went over… the service with me. That hasn't happened in a long time! I can tell I'm in Villamore's service department again. He insists on excellent service! I wish I didn't ever have to go back to Anchorage. Ever!Town and country 2013
