    Service from the Lithia team was outstanding. I live in Dallas and found this car on the internet. We conducted the sale long distance via internet - email and txt. Process could not have been easier. Thanks to Devan Suesue and his team!

    You made it fast, fun, friendly, non scary. Was my first major purchase since my husband died and I was very nervous. I feel I was very well taken care of in all aspects.

    Ed Schumann was the best car sales man I had the please buyin four new 2015 Kia Soul from. Jeremy from finance was awesome as well. I will definitely tell people I know to come to see Ed if they consider a car.

    Thank you for the smooth, easy and honest vehicle purchase experience. I went to another dealership and was offered way too little for my trade-in,and all their vehicles were $2K-$3K above book vale. Lithia Kia gave me what I was asking for on my trade-in, and all four vehicles I looked at were listed right at KBB/NADA book value. I was honestly pleasantly surprised. The purchase experience was easy, I didn't feel like I was being cheated or dealt with dishonestly. Kudos for making buying a vehicle a positive experience!

    I could not have had a better car buying experience if I tried. I found the car I wanted on the Lithia website; made some inquiries, secured financing and purchased the car. I flew into Anchorage and was picked up at the airport, taken to the dealership and handed my key. I was there for no more than 5 minutes but was assured that if I didn't like the car I bought that I could choose something else. There was no hassel. All of my questions were answered before I even got there and the car exceeded my expectations. Ed Shuman wasn't exaggerating when he said I would love this car.

    We came to Lithia Kia to buy my husband a car and left with two! Our experience with Leland Hansen was flawless - he adapted to our personalities, helped us find cars we absolutely love, and got us a great deal! We never felt like we were being pressured into a sale (usually my least favorite part of car shopping). I will be recommending Leland to friends and family. Without Leland's patience and genuinely helpful attitude, we may not have left with a car - and certainly not with two! Great experience!

    Service after sale of used cars is non-existent. I purchased a used car from this dealer. After the deal was made and I was handed the key. I inquired about a second key. I was told there was only one. Note: Ford My keys are not cheap. Bottom line make sure you have everything before you sign the bottom line. If you don't they aren't going to do anything for you beyond calling you and trying to appease you. Pretty sorry that they would even get me a second key. Shady! Mark did offer me a gift certificate that would do me no good trying to secure a second key. The General Sales manager (Abraham) just wanted to blame me for not getting a addition items promised note prior to even knowing the key was missing. I'm pretty sure the $325.00 dollars they saved with this lack of service will not be business or reputation productive for the Lithia organization in the long run. It's to bad one dealership in an organization is so different from others in the same organization. Anchorage Hyundai has always provided outstanding customer service before and after the sale. Guess it is what it is. Just make sure if you buy a used car from them, make sure you have the spare tire, two keys, and etc. before signing the paperwork because once you sign you're on your own!

    I went into Lithia KIA of Anchorage looking for a good affordable used car. I knew what I wanted and what I can afford, I didn't want to be sold something or put through a bunch of BS. I am so happy that the salesman, James L, greeted me. He actually listened to me when I told him what I wanted and he helped me find the right car. My credit is good and even though I did not have down payment money the financing was a breeze. In all I think it took only 2 hours from start to finish. I got the car I wanted and my payment is actually $50 less then I was budgeting for and I even got a warranty and lifetime oil changes. I don't know about the other salemen there but I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a car contact James. He is worth a least 5 stars!
