  • Waste of time

1 out of 5 starsby MsBeaHaven on 10/16/2018

I went in looking for a vehicle and wasted my time. I walked around the dealership looking for something affordable and dependable. I was disappointed in the selection and frustrated by the salespeople who had to keep "trying" (internet kept going in and out) to find out about the vehicles in their lot. I would NOT recommend this place to a friend, perhaps an enemy....

  • Harressed 3yrs after purchase

1 out of 5 starsby awesomeness on 08/31/2017

So about 3 years after buying a new car I get a letter getting an offer to trade in my vehicle. My old salesman Matt who I had a horrible experience 3 years ago when I bought the car called me about it. I told him I wasn't interested and he continued to harness me the next day. I blocked his number just in case. Stay away!!! They sell you overpriced vehicle service contracts then want you lose money on it in a few years.

My sales team was fantastic and facilitated my sale in every way imaginable! They went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service every step of the way. Thank you to everyone especially Jack Nixon.

  • Great Experience!

5 out of 5 starsby DJinAlaska on 03/01/2017

Our sales rep, Mr. Spann, was a down to earth guy, was not pushy, and treated my wife and I with respect. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and had us out the door in no time. Best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle by far. I'd highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family, assuming their other sales staff are as professional and helpful as Mr. Spann was with us.
  • Forget Cal, go see Jon and Tom!

4 out of 5 starsby Tonichelle on 08/12/2015

I was in search of a car, and had a somewhat low budget of what I could afford. I wanted something dependable that would last. Originally we went up to look at another vehicle, being told that it was more than likely that we would be able to drive it off the lot at our price. Well, it wasn't. Understandable considering the type of car and how long it'd been on the lot and all, but it was disappointing. We live in Kenai and had taken the long drive believing that - if the test drive went well, and I liked what I saw - I'd have it. Enter Jon, who was willing to basically do whatever it took to make the sale. Now, I know, that's what his job is, but he worked his butt off. I was not an "easy sale" as he tried at first to get me a vehicle below my budget. But after saying no to several "mom cars" (you know what I mean, the "well loved" vehicles with crayon on the seat, lots of miles, etc), Jon went back to financing to find me THE car. And find it he did. I am now the proud owner of a 2011 Kia Sorrento. I went in thinking I'd never say yes to a Kia, but this is a great little vehicle. For its year it has low mileage and it definitely does not look like a mom car. I cannot say enough good things about Jon as he went above and beyond the stereotypical car salesman - though I did have to laugh that after I said no to the original salesman we were working with they sent out the Bradley Cooper lookalike to try to get me to either go higher than my original budget or go for a different car. I was grumpy, sarcastic, and picky, but he never let on that I was one of those "problem customers" that I'm sure I was. He also has a good sense of humor, I'm a bit quirky and he didn't seem too weirded out by my off the wall comments. Once we got to the financing end Tom was quick and extremely helpful in getting everything processed. He was good to answer any questions we had, and didn't push sales of things we didn't want or need - though he did give the pitch like he should - and was incredibly understanding. Jon and Tom make a great team and I'd recommend anyone go see them. I've heard that in the past there were a lot of issues with this place, but it's apparently under new management and it looks like it's going in a positive direction. Though I don't plan to use them again soon - because I don't plan on needing a new car for a VERY long time - I am definitely telling family and friends about them. So go see Bradley - I mean Jon - and get yourself set up with a win of a vehicle!
  • New Tuscon

Joe was great - no pressure and really helpful- felt he was more interested in making us feel good about the sale than making a buck - he really was awesome!
  • New Car Purchase

5 out of 5 starsby LaurenFatuch on 06/11/2015

I went in to refi my Nissan, unfortunately they weren't able to help me with that but got me a better deal on a brand new Sonata. Thomas was great and answered all my questions. I never felt pressured to buy the new car at all. Over all it was a great experience.
  • Very professional except....

4.4 out of 5 starsby velvetdixie on 07/03/2008

Bought my first Hyundai (Sonata, 2008) from Lithia over a month ago. Sales people were very professional and knew the product. Spent several hours, mostly deciding between several available cars. Purchase went very smoothly. Only problem: No title certificate, no plates! It has been over 5 weeks; I keep calling and they tell me be patient. I'm within two weeks of the temporary registration expiring and getting nervous. Really nervous.
