Excellent car purchasing experience. The dealership went out of their way to find the exact vehicle that I wanted to purchase, Our sales representative did not pressure us in any way during the process. All of our questions were answered.… The paperwork was fast and efficient. We will definitely look to Harbin Ford again when we are in the market for another vehicle.

The best dealership

The finance manager doesn’t add any extra add one , they have no crazy “dealer” fees and their prices beat everyone . I initially… bought a Kia k5 , after 2 days the seats were killing my back . I brought it back they were so kind to put me in a Camry, and they were calming and very very nice .Done Right

Especially like the online appointment setups so I don't spend lots if time waiting for service. Harbin Automotive is the place to Go!

When we arrived the car was already detailed and pulled to the front of the lot. We were greeted by everyone who walked by.… Our salesman, Manning, was amazing the entire time. He was so friendly and provided any information we had questions about. Overall I would definitely recommend them for any new or used vehicle.Rhonda Koehn

Had to take my vehicle somewhere else to get fixed. Harbin Ford messed up the… wiring harness and alot of other stuff. I'm very upset with them!!! This is not a # 1 place!!service with a smile

Walked back into service area. Tech walked out and checked sensor with handheld… equipment, just to be told tire sensor is defected. Had to wait again to put truck on rack n serviced. Hour later was finally able to leave. Too long for something that took them an hour to resolve.Nice dealership very good experience

The only thing I have a problem with is that a complementary tire rotation is not included with this service. Since I bought the car new from… Harbin, tires and all, the least you could do is throw in a tire rotation. Note that a free tire rotation is offered if you buy 4 tires from Harbin. I presumably bought 4 new tires when I bought the new car!Great service & got a free car wash so nice

And this was for a car that stickered about $1000 more than the first five from the other dealers. Paperwork time was about half of what I've normally… spent. Personnel was gracious, car was clean and ready to go....Easily the best car purchasing experience I've had in the region.customer satisfaction
