We finally got online and found vehicles with the right amenities on Edmunds.com. Drivers Way had "our" truck 60 miles from where we… live. Finding it online through Edmund's was soooooo much easier than continuing to go from lot to lot. Drivers Way impressed us. They scheduled the test drive. We arrived and they immediately pulled the truck out front for us together with its CarFax. Chad was informative and friendly -- no pressure sales tactics, no fakery. Not having to /getting to haggle for a better price was a different experience. But honestly, it added positively to the no-stress car buying experience. We wanted add-ons (bed cover and tailgate bed extension) and Chad took care of that too. He pointed out Drivers Way's slight upcharge for handling, but it was worth it to us to save the time from coordinating it all ourselves. We arranged our financing over the phone with USAA, and emailed the purchase voucher to Drivers Way. Then all we had to do was digitally sign some paperwork at the dealership. Chad wasn't there, but his equally friendly and helpful co-worker gladly took his time to help us. Honestly, it was the most simple car buying experience I have ever been through. We will happily shop with Drivers Way in the future!Grant delivers yet again

Once we settled on what model we wanted, there were several of those… to pick from. This is the 3rd vehicle we've bought from Drivers Way. We always know we are buying great quality because Drivers Way services them from bumper to bumper before they ever hit the lot. by Lee Ann on 12/02/2020When I came to this dealership, I was only looking. I had no idea of what I wanted and I knew that Driver's Way sold a bit of everything. I had some pretty specific needs- my 6' 2" adult son with severe autism would need to be comfortable… sitting with his legs folded under him "indian-style" in the backseat. He wasn't with me... Enter Chad Donaldson. He was very personable and felt like an old friend. He helped me figure out what type of vehicle I was interested in, located several different makes and models on the lot and then did the most amazing thing... He sat in the backseat of each car, Legs crossed underneath him. Given that he couldn't grow a couple of inches taller, we just measured by headspace to make sure my son would be comfortable. We laughed and shopped until all of my questions were satisfied and I found myself buying a car! And if I ever shop again, I am definitely coming back to find our friend, Chad!Chad Donaldson

When he returned, I reminded him that I had bought a car through him a year and a… half ago, and was surprised he didnt remember my name (joking). He thought for a moment and said that car wasnt for you, it was for your daughter. And it was a truck. Then he said how are doing Mr. Durrett. Impressive memory to match his at ease personality and salesmanship. He helped me sort through what I wanted vs. Their inventory. I bought a car, still have it and love it. I did not feel pressured to buy even though I made multiple visits over several weeks. The sales associate Grant Montgomery was very friendly and super helpful.… Great selection of cars and trucks to choose from.
