Dealership Sales Review
We had searched for weeks for the right car. Local inventory remains low with the COVID chip shortage. We finally got online and found vehicles with the right amenities on Edmunds.com. Drivers Way had "our" truck 60 miles from where we live. Finding it online through Edmund's was soooooo much easier than continuing to go from lot to lot. Drivers Way impressed us. They scheduled the test drive. We arrived and they immediately pulled the truck out front for us together with its CarFax. Chad was informative and friendly -- no pressure sales tactics, no fakery. Not having to /getting to haggle for a better price was a different experience. But honestly, it added positively to the no-stress car buying experience. We wanted add-ons (bed cover and tailgate bed extension) and Chad took care of that too. He pointed out Drivers Way's slight upcharge for handling, but it was worth it to us to save the time from coordinating it all ourselves. We arranged our financing over the phone with USAA, and emailed the purchase voucher to Drivers Way. Then all we had to do was digitally sign some paperwork at the dealership. Chad wasn't there, but his equally friendly and helpful co-worker gladly took his time to help us. Honestly, it was the most simple car buying experience I have ever been through. We will happily shop with Drivers Way in the future!
