Great service

He was great helping us get the payments we wanted and even gave us his personal car deodorizer to help with the heavy smoke smell and whatever… the "cleaner" was to get rid of it. Financing guy (can't remember his name) was super friendlyRichard, we are so pleased you enjoyed your visit to Capitol Chevrolet Montgomery! We do hope we can be of assistance in the future. Should have checked the rear lights

Poor representation of GMC‼️
by S Harvey on 04/09/2024I was told that the vehicle did not have ANY WARRANTY left on it, Factory or Dealer Warranty. This was INCORRECT! The vehicle needed servicing a week after I purchased it and the service which included the replacement of a thermostat was… “COVERED” under the FACTORY WARRANTY that’s still active on the vehicle! I didn't receive a “Dealer's Affidavit” which without this, I would have been charged an ASTRONOMICAL amount of money for my car tag! The vehicle needs windshield wipers and I just purchased it on 3/14/24.We appreciate your feedback. We set a high standard for ourselves, so we are disappointed to hear that your experience with us was not a positive one. We would like the opportunity to address your concerns. Bought a certified Camaro

I had called Charles and talked to him about a Chevrolet equinox that said it was in transit. I was… specific in what I wanted..It took a month for it to get to the dealership ,but when it did Charles let me know they were unloading it off the transit truck. I asked Charles to send me a bunch of pictures of the car before I came up there to look at it .That he did !!! . Within a couple hours. I was up there test driving my new Chevy equinox. Misleading

They also filled out their paperwork with a higher rate and longer term than I was told I was approved for.… I tried calling them to have it corrected but they didn’t return my calls.Hello, my name is Jason Wilson and I am the General Manager here at Capitol Chevrolet. This dealership acted unethically at best and illegally at worst.Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Paul. Inaccuracies on website and misinformation from phone call

Called and spoke with an internet salesperson to confirm they indeed had THIS vehicle on their lot. Was excited to be told they… did and would hold it until we could drive up the next morning. Drove 4 hours ONE WAY to not even meet the person we spoke with. When somebody brought the car around front for us to see, it was the WRONG color. Absolutely devestated and a complete WASTE of one whole Saturday. Will NEVER consider dealing with them in the future........ Felt like this was a bait and switch......Gonoles11, thank you for bringing this to our attention.
