Quick review of BMW of Mobile
by Fishhead on 01/23/2019Service desk staff and technician were all professional and helpful taking care of an alignment and new tire for me. The only issues were the new tire was overinflated by 4.5 lbs (needed to take it to a local tire shop to have the tire… properly inflated, after-the-fact) and there was an empty water bottle left on the front seat when I picked it up.Thank you for your kind words! by BrandiC2016 on 10/11/2018I have a leased BMW that went in for normal service and I received a loaner car with no problems. I recently had them tow my car because it would not crank and they claimed they had no loaner cars available. They had my car for 3 weeks and… still did not receive a loaner. It took them a week and 2 days just to diagnose the problem with the car. I was told that if my car ever needed service of any kind I would be provided a loaner car. They stated that they had none available due to high volume of repairs in their service department. On their billboards ads they say loaner cars are provided. That's not true! I went 3 weeks and 3 days with no car offered to me.Amazing Dealership!

Upon arrival to the dealership, test driving my 330i, negotiating s deal the entire experience… was incredible. My salesman was very informative and knowledgeable about all the fantastic features on the 330i. By the way while waiting I was surprised by a Birthday Cake! They definitely put the icing on the cake and made my Birthday very special! Thank you BMW of Mobile!!!!Service(BMW performance part install)

From beginning to end the entire service department seemed unknowledgeable, improperly trained, and unorganized. I had to provide instructions and… continuously inspect my vehicle upon realizing the parts I had purchased were installed incorrectly. A 4 hour job ended up taking over 6 days! Beyond frustrated, and still unsure if the job was actually done correctly. Not to mention I ended up with a vehicle dirtier than when I dropped it off.Oil change, new tires, and alignment.
by Nosirreebob on 08/28/2018First of all, when you purchase tires, the alignment should be free. Second, for the price I pay for my new BMW, I expect a certain caliber of service. The staff that greeted me, and took car of everything was outstanding. The complimentary… wash and clean however was a joke. I was very disappointed. My car was vacuumed. The seats were not wiped and the front windshield had streaks all over it, which it did not when I brought it in. My teenager does a better job for free than the service crew did cleaning out my car. I drive it, so the outside doesn't matter much to me because I know it will get dirty. The car interior was dirtier when we picked it up than it was when we dropped it off. Very disappointed.Best customer service ever and the vehicle is great too!!!

This was the first time Ive ever purchased a car without being hassled to get… amenities or an upgraded or oversized vehicle that I did not want. He allowed me to show him what I was looking for rather than making suggestions of vehicles I did not show an interest in. It was evident he was more concerned about the care of the customer than the commission or incentive he would inherit, if any from selling the vehicle.Amazing Dealership

BMW Of mobile was efficient, fast, knowledgeable, everything I could ask for… when it comes to buying a car. I actually hate the car buying process, but they made it enjoyable. My sales advisor Adele, was nothing but amazing. I have never met an individual who was as knowledgeable, passionate, and excited to be with the brand like this gentleman. The management team was fabulous. Highly professional. I would highly recommend the dealership and especially Adele when it comes to purchasing a BMW. 10000000000/10.Forget it!

Then was told the managers had sent me the deal. Replied back said I never got it. Then… nothing.... Dont waste your time with this place!Best car buying Expirience I've ever had!

After buying two BMW's in the past six months from these guys, I can… tell you ... you don't want to buy from anyone else! The sales staff at BMW of Mobile went out of their way to help my wife and I get the exact car we were looking for. And after the "deal… was made", they went over the car from one end to the other to help us get acquainted with the many features, large and small, the car had to over. Not only that, we made an appointment with their "genius" (the title given to Anna, the instructor) to come back for another training session and any questions we may have come up with in the meantime. Also Brent, our salesman, called a day or so after we got the car, to be answer any questions and make sure we were doing ok. All in all, the personal attention and interest in our satisfaction from all of the staff was over the top! Great service, great car!
