Service desk staff and technician were all professional and helpful taking care of an alignment and new tire for me. The only issues were the new tire was overinflated by 4.5 lbs (needed to take it to a local tire shop to have the tire properly inflated, after-the-fact) and there was an empty water bottle left on the front seat when I picked it up.
