BUYER BEWARE
by jessica bryant on 04/27/20233/4 weeks I have had this car it has been at the mechanic for major repairs— hole in the radiator and crack in the oil housing to name a few big ones. Today I just found out it needs an entirely new engine. HOW DID THIS PASS INSPECTION?… Dealer is taking zero ownership of their NEGLIGENCE. DO NOT buy from Serra Kia Gardendale.My Optima

Per Edmunds, I submitted exactly what I wanted, was called back quickly, and a price was determined for exactly what I wanted. I drove to the dealer (35 miles), and… began to do the deal only to find out that the salesman did not know what was really on the vehicle. What he thought was included was not, and some of what was on the vehicle he did not know about. He tried to remedy the issues, but, alas, I had to return 2 days later to get the remaining "add-ons". All in all, we got everything we wanted for a very good price, but it could have been much easier and more efficient had the salesman known to compare our list with what was actually on the vehicle he wanted to sell me.Good men
