The sales team was polite and effective, but not particularly well trained. Per Edmunds, I submitted exactly what I wanted, was called back quickly, and a price was determined for exactly what I wanted. I drove to the dealer (35 miles), and began to do the deal only to find out that the salesman did not know what was really on the vehicle. What he thought was included was not, and some of what was on the vehicle he did not know about. He tried to remedy the issues, but, alas, I had to return 2 days later to get the remaining "add-ons". All in all, we got everything we wanted for a very good price, but it could have been much easier and more efficient had the salesman known to compare our list with what was actually on the vehicle he wanted to sell me.
