by bob36322 on 03/30/2010Enterprise chevy has always taken care of my vehicles but one time in particular they shined. I also owned a GMC conversion van which I purchased from a different dealer. Several times the battery would go dead over a period of a year. I… kept taking it back to the original dealer who would run diagnostics and replace the battery. This became tiresome so I took it to Enterprise Chevrolet who determined the alternator was not charging sufficiently. They replaced the alternator (under warranty) and the problem was fixed permanently. Good honest business which I will continue to use.squeaky brakes are normal
by gmnm on 06/12/2011updated 08/30/2025Took 09 Silverado with 9000 miles in due to squeaky brakes. After taking off work and driving 55 miles was told by service,,, "that's normal". Remember, if you buy a new chevy and the brakes squeak, that's normal. (whether it's 25%… humidity or 90% humidity they squeak) Currently working with GM's claims dept. At least they will talk and listen.,,,more than enterprise chevrolet would do.
