squeaky brakes are normal

Took 09 Silverado with 9000 miles in due to squeaky brakes. After taking off work and driving 55 miles was told by service,,, "that's normal". Remember, if you buy a new chevy and the brakes squeak, that's normal. (whether it's 25% humidity or 90% humidity they squeak) Currently working with GM's claims dept. At least they will talk and listen.,,,more than enterprise chevrolet would do.
