Connor has done so much to get me the car in the vehicle that I needed. He’s very presentable. He’s very professional and very friendly. I can also… say the same thing about Chelsea she’s very helpful and she’s a very sweet lady. They both are friendly right along with their staff. They’re very welcoming and they will help you get the card as you need in a timely fashion. She’s also very funny and kind and makes you feel at ease. She goes above and beyond to answer any question you may… have and if she doesn’t know the answer, she’ll find it- rest assured! I’ve been through a devastating divorce and trying to recuperate with an ugly credit score. Well in comes Heather and she treated me just like any other… customer. She listened to what I wanted and what I could afford then went to work. Well needless to say she made it happen! Then Chelsea steps in and her customer service is on point as well. I had a small concern, nothing major, but Chelsea and Heather made it a priority to address it. I highly recommend EchoPark! Ask for Heather or Chelsea and they will fight just as hard for you as they did for me!Thanks for the review! Send us pics from your future road trips.
