Easy, hassle free process

Austin worked with us from the start and showed us all the cars we wanted to see, let us test drive… them without pushing for one car or the other, and generally made the process smooth and simple. Buying a car takes time, but it was worth it at EchoPark. We would happily recommend them to anyone we know.Thanks for such a shining review. So much more than I expected!
by Heather S on 02/26/2024The philosophy used at this dealership made the entire process easy and fun. Johnathon was super professional while also being caring and kind. I was in a situation where I had to buy a car very quickly and was very unprepared. He helped me… find an 8 month old car with payments I expected to pay on a 5 year + car. And that was including several perks I wasn't expecting. Johnathon called me several days later to check up and see how it was going. I will definitely return there for any other vehicle purchase I need to make. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Johnathon!A new-to-you car and a great review for us – sounds like a win-win. Thank you for the positive feedback!
Persnickety car buyer
by SW on 02/13/2024I was fortunate enough to have Johnathan Owens as the salesperson who assisted me in my search- to -purchase of a vehicle at EchoPark Birmingham. Mr. Owens demonstrated patience, respect, and integrity throughout the process and… communicated effectively to any questions I presented to him about cost, APR, warranty, recalls, extended warranty, test drives etc. Johnathan clearly understood that purchasing an automobile can be a nerve wracking process, and as a result he made every effort to allay any concerns I may have had so that I could move through driving off the lot with the vehicle I desired smoothly. Though knowledgeable, if Johnathan did not know something I asked, he would collaborate with other team members (manger, finance manager, etc) to provide me with clear and accurate answers to my inquiries. Mr. Owens is an all right young man.This is what our Experience Guides live for – seeing a guest this happy! So glad you chose EchoPark and we hope to see you (or your friends and family) in the future.

From the moment I stepped into the dealership, I was emotionally drained and… resistant to certain offerings. However, Jonathon's approach was refreshingly different. He displayed an impressive level of knowledge about the vehicle and options available. What stood out was his ability to understand my needs and navigate through my emotional state. Despite my initial resistance to certain offers, he patiently guided me towards choices that were GENUINELY in my best interest! Not only did Jonathon showcase his professionalism, but he also demonstrated an ability to make a way out of NO WAY. This is definitely a testament to his dedication to customer satisfaction. With that being said, I'd rate my experience 10/10. A Fantastic Experience at EchoPark!

From start to finish, the team made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Alison handled the appraisal of my car,… and her friendly demeanor instantly put me at ease. She was incredibly transparent about the value of my old car, making me feel confident in the trade-in process. It was evident that she genuinely cared about ensuring I got a fair deal. Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted by Keith, whose friendly smile set the tone for the positive atmosphere at EchoPark. The staff seemed genuinely happy to be there, creating a welcoming environment. Kate took the time to explain some financial aspects with me, patiently answering all my questions. Her expertise made navigating the financial side of the car-buying process a breeze. Leo and Blake were instrumental in helping me choose additional products that suited my budget and lifestyle. They took the time to explain the options thoroughly, ensuring I made informed decisions about the extras for my new car. Overall, my experience at EchoPark was fantastic. The team's professionalism, friendliness, and transparency made trading in my old car and upgrading to a newer one an easy and enjoyable process. I highly recommend EchoPark for anyone looking for a positive car-buying experience. by Clark on 01/06/2024I do not recommend EchoPark Automotive. Heather McCollum was our salesperson. She lied to my husband and I about the state taxes and the car tag being added in the paperwork. Furthermore, we paid cash money for this car and drove three… hours to make this purchase. Just to be scammed out of our hard earn money. Because they added stuff to our paperwork that we declined. We only wanted to purchase the car, nothing else. Also, we’ve been to our tax assessor’ office twice because the paperwork wasn’t done properly and now they are saying that we will be penalize for our tag as well. All because EchoPark didn’t do their job. No one will answer your calls directly from this dealership. They have all the calls transferred to a call center. I’ve text and called every number that text and called me before the purchase. No response and no returned calls. Heather was mainly concerned about us giving her a good review. I am highly upset.Looks like we didn’t meet expectations. Thank you for leaving this review so we can make improvements.
