    My sales agent Wayne was incredible. He was very knowledgeable, fast, understanding and funny. I didn't have much expectations on what I wanted when I arrived, I actually low-balled myself by searching for something used but Wayne presented me with a new vehicle and deal I couldn't resist. I arrived at 10 and was out the door with a brand new vehicle by 1pm!

    Cooper Chevrolet in Anniston made my buying experience a breeze! Very good people and they definitely will work to get you the best deal! I would highly recommend them!

    I don't even think our experience with this dealership warrants 1 star. We thought we would be able to work with this dealership. They have no haggle pricing which is nice. However, working with all the other sales department personnel including the General manager and owner (both of which told me they would call us back and didn't) displayed anything but professionalism. Fortunately we were able to take our business elsewhere, buy our GMC truck and have received wonderful customer service from another dealership. However, having my 75 year old father who is a veteran ride the 4 hours to and from their house to the dealership only to find out that they did not want to sell the truck to them is inexcusable. I live in San Antonio and was trying to mitigate this horrible situation that my father was being put through. This is why I reached out to the General Manager and owner to help reach a resolution. I have NEVER experienced such a poor experience when buying a car. Being lied to by the GM and owner is not acceptable! We are faithful GMC customers but will be working with a dealership that promotes a higher level of honesty and integrity than Cooper GMC Buick.

    Great service and great vehicles what more could you ask for? We bought a car and 3 months later returned to purchase a truck also.

    Chris and the team was determined to work with me, so I would not have to continue to rent a car. I walked in not knowing what I wanted, but walked out in a 2018 Equinox within my budget.

    Talked with salesman named Adam and he knew every question I had. I bought a brand new vehicle and they helped me through ever step and didn't make me feel like I was buying from some crooks like the previous dealer I bought from.

    This was the most efficient and least aggravating experience I have ever encountered with buying a vehicle. Buying a car can be so frustrating and Brady at Cooper truly made this experience one that changes my mind about car shopping. Thank you!

    Chris was very helpful in me finding the right vehicle. He showe me several and even had to hunt down that met my specifications. The dealership was clean there was a large selection.

    I was very satisfied with the service I got. My salesman was young but very nice and was very helpful. Came in to find a good used car but left with a new one because he got us a very good deal. I would recommend him and his dealership to everyone.

    Just bought a 2017 Malibu. The staff at Cooper Chevrolet were exceptional from the moment I walked on the lot. I will buy all of my vehicles from there from now on.

    Wanted to say I had the best experience in buying a vehicle from Cooper and our salesman Ken Wood. Ken made sure we were getting what I requested and went over and above what I ever experience at any other dealership. I've also gotten a call after a few days of having my new 2016 Silverado LT to see if there were any problems or concerns he could help me with. I will continue to deal with him and Cooper on all my service issues as I take my2014 Impala there also.

    I had refused to go to cooper Chevrolet because of some problems i had years ago. However, my daughter went to purchase a car and i went with her. We had justin as a sales rep and he is outstanding. I decided to purchase a truck but it was not equipped with either GPS which i wanted but i could do without since Justin was so outstanding. However, after i found out that it did not have Bluetooth i told them i did not want the vehicle however i did find another one. I wanted to go through fort McClellan credit union however they were closed on Saturday so we decided to wait until Monday. When i came back Monday they had the paper work done for a higher rate than i wanted to pay and said that i thought that we were going to go with fort mcclellan and from there everything went down hill. The rep said the he did not indicated that we were going to wait to contact fort mcclellan and he than made the statement that i keep changing my mind on this transaction. I did tell the person that i thought his customer skills sucked and as a customer i had the right to get what i wanted. Me and the rep was not going to get along and he indicated that he had already did all the paperwork twice and at that time i told him that i did not want to work with him and they assigned me another rep who then told me that if i wanted to go through fort McClellan i should go there and get the check and bring it back which is what i did. I got 1.9% vs the 3.9% the rep had come up with some place. II purchased a bed liner cover but it was not in. I was told that it would be in Tuesday and Justine said that he would come to my house and pick my truck up and we agreed we could wait till Wed. He called me and told me that he could come and pick my truck up and i told him he did not need to and that i would come there. Which I did. When i got there i was told it was not in but it was on a truck coming in. I was told that i could come back at 8 am which i did on thursday. I got there and i was told it still had not arrived but it would be in Friday. I want to add the people in the service dept was really nice but when i arrived on Friday i was again told it was not in. needless to say it did not come in Monday or Tuesday and finally it came in on wed and took about 15 min to install. I do not think i will do business again with them even though i purchased 2 vehicles from them in 3 days. I also think that cooper needs to do some good customer recovery in this situation. I think the 5-6 days i was ran around was because i upset one rep and they were going make sure i knew who was in charge.
