I have the 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring, and it is the most amazing… car I have ever had. Feels so luxurious and drives so smoothly.Ignored buyer
by Ignoredbuyer on 07/18/2016My husband and I visited this place with the intent of buying a car that day. We had a check in our hands and ready to purchase. We walked around the lot in the heat to look for the car that we saw online and wanted to purchase it. Only to… be greeted with someone in a golf cart promising he'll be right back to help us (he never did). May I also add that I'm going through chemo, which means, i'm bald and was wearing a hat plus i'm not suppose to be out in the sun too long. So we decided to go inside and gave this place the benefit of the doubt. There were maybe 5-7 salespeople in the room. Not one of them asked us if we needed any help. We sat around for a few minutes..still nothing! At this point we were very reluctant to do business with this place. Never again! This place will judge you with how you look! I guess they never heard the saying "Don't judge a book by it's cover". Very poor service. I don't even want to give it any star.Chavez

Going any length to please a customer

They tested my engine and could find nothing with the parts. Jason gave me a loaner and drove the car to see if they could fined… the problem, he called me the next day and they had found what was going on. Jason's effort and help was over and above what I have received at any dealership in the past. I am a happy customer.Oil Change

by My2010Honda on 01/26/2016Arthur; he was awesome! He was polite, friendly, and took the time to explain everything. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. He brought me a filter to show me it needed replaced, and then told me my front brake pads needed… replaced. After he explained it would take another two-plus hours to do all that, he found keys for a loaner car so I could get some of my errands done (as I don't live in Fresno.) I am so grateful to him for that loaner car! He is great.Good feelings

by MarcoR on 08/25/2014I Called Clawson Honda on the evening of 8/23/14. I spoke with Rachel B. Rachel asked for my information and called me back early the following morning. Rachel had all the details of the proposal ready.....over the phone!! Amazing!!! I… drove to the dealership that afternoon. Rachel was able to close the deal in a little over an hour. No haggling or runaround here. Rachel demonstrated honesty and much respect. Her initial proposal was in fact the best deal when compared to the other 4 Honda dealerships I'd been shopping. Rachel offered excellent customer service and an absolutely rock bottom price...the first time around!!!! My second new car purchase from Clawson Honda this year. Both experiences have been a pleasure. When you go to Clawson, do yourself a favor; ask for Rachel B. You'll be glad you did. I highly recommend her for her Honesty, Professionalism and Respect. by 56studebaker on 06/24/2014Clawson's website and the linked CarFax report advertised a 2011 CR-V as certified. We test drove it, negotiated a price, and proceeded with purchase. Near the end of the lengthy sales process, I asked about certification and the Sales… Manager on duty said the vehicle was not certified. Having forgotten the website and CarFax statements about certification, I agreed to proceed. The next day, I called the same Sales Manager, and pointed out the advertising and CarFax statements about certification. He rebuked me for raising the certification issue again on the grounds that he had disclosed the non-certified status before the purchase was finalized. Having learned that California's Vehicle Code section 11713.18(a)(9) addresses this situation, I attempted to confer further with sales management and sensed I was getting "slow walked." So, I telephoned the General Manager's office. Nikki displayed keen interest and referred me to Tony, who had been recently promoted to General Manager overseeing all Clawson dealerships. After listening to my recap, Tony revealed the underlying problems: (1) a recent audit by Honda resulted in Clawson losing its ability to certify vehicles for at least 90 days and voided certification of our vehicle, (2) advertising had not been updated accordingly, and (3) sales staff had not informed us of these situations. In a voluntary response, Tony had Clawson purchase a service contract and take other steps which provided us the equivalent of certification. This four-star rating reflects the excellent value we received and Tony's first-rate professionalism, offset by the time, effort and assertion required to bring about resolution. I posted this review because, in response to my thanks for his help, Tony asked that I write a candid on-line review.Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience with us!
