I Called Clawson Honda on the evening of 8/23/14. I spoke with Rachel B. Rachel asked for my information and called me back early the following morning. Rachel had all the details of the proposal ready.....over the phone!! Amazing!!! I drove to the dealership that afternoon. Rachel was able to close the deal in a little over an hour. No haggling or runaround here. Rachel demonstrated honesty and much respect. Her initial proposal was in fact the best deal when compared to the other 4 Honda dealerships I'd been shopping. Rachel offered excellent customer service and an absolutely rock bottom price...the first time around!!!! My second new car purchase from Clawson Honda this year.
