Awesome Dealership

I was pleasantly surprised at this impressive Buick Dealer! They are very friendly, not pushy at all, really great team to deal with. I was looking to trade in for a new Encore and they made it happen. Awesome job by my Sales Consultant Greg Friedbauer and the world class Finance Manager Mike Ebert. They made this a very pleasant experience and I would heartily recommend Liberty Buick for anyone looking to get into a Buick - new or resale.

New tire install

During a trip from Las Vegas to Mesa I ran over a screw and the tire could not be patched. I ended up at Liberty Buick because they were the only auto service provider in the greater metro area with the matching tire. My advisor Matt Steigerwald did a great job of taking care of me from the time I arrived at the dealer to when I left.

Air conditioning blower motor replacement

First of all, they didn’t comment about the blower motor when replaced the new carbon filter a week ago. It was making noise once it turned the fan speed up in the following day, so I was wondering that air conditioning was totally fine before its replacement. Now telling me dubious about how come they didn’t notice in the first place. Furthermore, I called the other dealership about causing problem, mentioning that it could cause when the new carbon filter placed in a improper way. So I decided that I came back here today at Liberty Buick dealership service to fix the problem without any cost as I expected but they told me that the blower motor worn out so it should be replaced. OMG!!! It is unbelievable. I never ever come back again. It is another bad experience at the dealership!!!

Horrid

I bought a Buick Encore GX from Liberty in a dealer trade. I drove it right after purchasing and found it had an annoying ticking noise. I wanted it fixed and they claimed it was normal. I asked to spend even more money and buy a new car but they were going to make me take a loss of approximately $9000.00 on my car after only ONE DAY! I had then taken the car to the service department for that issue and water spotting that would not come off as well as door edge guards that I paid for which were coming off. After three days at the service dept they lied stating the car was all done. In fact, nothing was done about the ticking, the door edge guards or the spots. Repeated emails and calls with no results. Never doing business there again.

Unbelievable awful

To begin, the pictures that were attached to the email that Kevin Moore sent Dec 23 did not match the car with that stock number. Brandon was notified of this immediately as we pulled up to complete the negotiated sale of that vehicle on Sunday December 27th. So Brandon had to find another vehicle that matched the statistics and pictures that Kevin had emailed us before we agreed to a price. Brandon could not get the vehicle cleaned up and ready for out the door sale to us Sunday so we had to return to the dealership again on Monday, Dec 28 to complete the purchase. We walked around the vehicle and had Kevin fix a scratch before we left the dealership. Within two days of purchasing the vehicle, we noticed that’s the muffler underneath the rear portion of this 2021 Buick encore preferred was rusty. We put our phone camera underneath the car and took pictures and sent them to Kevin Moore. Today, upon Kevin‘s return to work because he was out ill, he said he inspected every 2021 Buick encore and they were all this way. He said he took the general manager as well as the service advisor out with him and they all agree they are not defective since they are all this way. I offered several solutions to this problem that were acceptable to me including a replacement of the rusted muffler and parts, an exchange of an identical vehicle that does not have rust on it, a swap of an encore GX that does not have rust on it, for Kevin to find me a similar vehicle from another dealership and swap them. Kevin washed his hands of this deal and said they didn’t do anything wrong and referred me to Buick. This was my fourth car purchase in under three years at your dealership. The 2018, 2019, and 2020 Buick encore‘s that we have purchased have zero rust on them. But the 2021 with rust on it is supposed to be acceptable to me? This is absurd and I don’t think anyone would think this is an acceptable solution to just wash their hands and not make this right.

Good honest company

Working with Justin was a great experience. They sold me a BMW under average miles at below market rate. I had the car checked out by the BMW dealership prior to purchase. No issues. Tires are basically new. Full tank of gas. I’ll be upgrading the sound system, but that wasn’t on them. They sold me a great car and I can’t get this smile off my face!! Merry Christmas to the whole team.
