  • MB key replacement

    If you’re looking for service this dealership is not the one to g. Paid for a replacement key 2 months ago and heard nothing! Called the dealership was sent to parts department where I was told a key had not been order. Called the advisor… who helped us and he did not call back. I emailed him for an update and did not hear anything until after I sent him a copy of the invoice. To be told (via email) it would be at the dealership at the end of wk. when I called him back and told him I was told the key was not order he had no explanation of why it took 2 months to order a key. If I hadn’t called and emailed I would still be waiting for service from this dealership. To me that’s unacceptable.

  • MB Greenway- AMG C63 S

    My wife has driven BMW's the past 16 years and wanted to give a pre-owned MB a try. Last May we bought said vehicle and as we had a couple of minor fixes the dealership agreed to take care of, we ran into a mistake where the seat cover had… been torn when they repaired the seat belts. They acknowledged the mistake and agreed to take care of it. That was last July and after months of waiting to get a new seat cover in, 3 different times and multiple back and forth trips to the dealership, we finally have it resolved. Multiple times we left our vehicle there only to pick it up; 1st, when they ordered the wrong seat, 2nd, they had a tear in the new one and 3rd, another imperfection was noticed. In addition I don't believe I was ever notified when the new seat cover came in and had to reach out multiple times over the year to ask. Again, this minor incident took 12 months to rectify and multiple inconveniences on our part as well as the service departments. I know this is not normal but, it was not a good 1st impression with our new dealings with MB.

    Saw a car online that I liked, contacted dealer, was contacted by Manny. I had questions about whether a minor accident listed on the car Fax had been repaired. Manny went out and took pics of the car and sent them to reassure me the… repairs had been done. Made an appointment to see the car. It was in fantastic shape... I don't know what they pay their detailer, but it probably isn't enough... this car was CLEAN. The purchase and paperwork was seamless. I was in and out in record time.

    I would never recommend anyone going to Greenway as I bought a car from them paid half upfront $40,000 car and rent knew and Chris knew as well. His general manager and used cars is gently used Range Rover discovery. I bought not have a… manual in the glove box and they knew it and they didn’t even try and get me one. They just made up stuff and I’ve called and called probably six times Chris and six times to read leaving messages. Never getting anywhere. I’m at the point where I’m gonna call the GM and discuss it with him This is poor service for Greenway. Don’t use a dealer until you make sure you’ve got everything in the vehicle that’s supposed to be there. They are not upfront and honest.

    Buyer beware! I bought the 2023 EQE in December. It has malfunctioned numerous times. Software upgrade to fix it will not be available for several months.
