2015 Toyota Prius Service

My service was prompt and my coordinator, Jordyn, was awesome. He explained what services I needed and would let me know any others services I may need. Additional services were suggested and were authorized. He made me feel my car was important but left any decisions regarding the work was up to me. I want Jordyn to assist me on my next service.

AC repair

I had done a diagnostic 2 months before and it said I needed an expansion valve and replace the drier. When I brought it in 2 months later they said I needed things that were not listed on the prior diagnostic. I asked them to replace the expansion valve and the drier and ok some of the other work like the replacing of the fans. When I got my car back and cut on the air it blew hot again like it did before the repairs in the parking lot after I picked it up. I told the service technician and he took the car back into the shop. The new cause was I needed to replace the compressor. While looking at the paperwork after I got it back they said after the compressor was replace it still was blowing hot air. They then replace the expansion valve. I had told them to replace the first time that I brought my car in and then it blew cold. I had to spend another $700 dollars on a compressor that I’m not sure I really needed. I don’t blame the service salesman(Tim) for the wrong diagnosis of my car but the service tech needs to be retrained or fired.

2023 Tacoma TRD pro oil change

I scheduled an Oil Change last week because I knew my truck would be due by today. When I arrived, Austin, who helped me through my whole experience, was waiting for my arrival and asked for me by name. I think that shows a great attention to detail and care for the customer and their vehicle. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour with an oil change and full 52 point inspection, to which I was informed my truck is actually in flawless condition, so that’s always great to hear and they were honest about the condition of my truck. 10/10 to Toyota on Galleria Blvd in Rock Hill, SC.
