I had done a diagnostic 2 months before and it said I needed an expansion valve and replace the drier. When I brought it in 2 months later they said I needed things that were not listed on the prior diagnostic. I asked them to replace the expansion valve and the drier and ok some of the other work like the replacing of the fans. When I got my car back and cut on the air it blew hot again like it did before the repairs in the parking lot after I picked it up. I told the service technician and he took the car back into the shop. The new cause was I needed to replace the compressor. While looking at the paperwork after I got it back they said after the compressor was replace it still was blowing hot air. They then replace the expansion valve. I had told them to replace the first time that I brought my car in and then it blew cold. I had to spend another $700 dollars on a compressor that I’m not sure I really needed. I don’t blame the service salesman(Tim) for the wrong diagnosis of my car but the service tech needs to be retrained or fired.

I want to thank Tim Evans at Toyota of Rock Hill for reaching out and doing what he can to remedy this situation. That says a lot they (Toyota of Rock Hill) are doing everything to make me whole.
