onExcellent mechanics and work, thorough free inspection, fair price, courtesy car, free wash after service, punch cards for oil changes, coupons, coffee, answers phone or returns calls quickly, good format on estimate of issue, timing, price, as well as bill that is easy to understand, friendly, helpful employees. Dave is very knowledgeable, honest, courteous, and was particularly helpful in explaining the list of what needed to be done, when, and why. They have gotten started on my car as soon as I've arrived to reduce my wait time. In past years I've never discovered they did something that didn't need to be done. I trust them.

My mdx experience

onLet me start with I was charged 87k for a car that was stickered 56k. So this was an awkward experience and still not completed. Felt like I was a hindrance at best. Although I think they did their best to say they were sorry for all the mistakes made from ordering conflicting parts which the salesman assured me they were not conflicting parts (this was refunded) even after I researched the car and made a build online which was not carried over to the end build of this vehicle. Not that it doesn't look good I thought my build was going to be in darkened chrome rims and lettering and emblems (front and back turned out only the rear was installed) but everything was in black I feel like this an entirely different car almost. The charging pad was not keeping up with the workload of android auto using two apps google maps and pandora (on a Samsung s22 ultra I heard there are massive issues with iPhone with this charger) which they tested and told me if I wanted a stronger charger I would have to go after market. I had a slow air leak in one of the tires from day one had no explanation there. The window tinting was incomplete and or I wasn't understanding the specifications they were trying to relay to me (this was refunded) cause their experienced tinting guy had quit. I had decided to retain all my old parts including logos, lettering, trim, rims and lug nuts. I was told my mdx lettering broke in the removal, and my lug nuts were damaged in the process with no offer to replace them guess i have to suck that loss up. The ground effect trim installed was a silver plastic which looks very strange on a dark car guess I will have to go with an aftermarket wrap kit to make it darker or black to match the rest of the car I do feel like a burden if I brought this concern up with this dealership considering how much of a burden I have been already.

onI have purchased 2 Acura MDXs from Kendall Acura through the years and I have always received excellent service, and what’s even more important, I trust them with my vehicle, and I trust them with their recommendations for service. I have always felt they have never tried to overcharge me or rip me off with service estimates - for that reason, I will always come back to them for service - plus the fact they have always given me a loaner when I really needed one. Great company great service!!

onI took my 2019 MDX to another dealership with complaints pertaining to the transmission. They told me they could erase the car's driving memory to see if that fixed the problem - which I chose not to do. Then, I took the car to KENDALL ACURA and they performed updates and the car is ABSOLUTELY good as new!! To say that I am happy or pleased, is an understatement. THANK YOU!!

onWe were very satisfied with our recent trip to Kendall Acura for a 30,000 mile service and a battery replacement. The staff was friendly and professional as usual. We were told that it would take about five hours so we requested and were provided with a loaner vehicle. We returned to the dealer early and our RDX was ready for pickup within an hour upon our return. The vehicle was clean and ready to go as is usually the case with Kendall Acura. Special thanks to David Sanchez, our service advisor who is always a "go to" type of person.

Help despite scarce resources

onHad some frustration as dealership is hamstrung by parts shortage and backlog delivery--not their fault--they communicate what they know when they know it--not fulfilling their promise was sketchy from the beginning based on the outside resources the dealership is counting on--not completing promises was not the fault of Acura Eugene
