Help despite scarce resources

onHad some frustration as dealership is hamstrung by parts shortage and backlog delivery--not their fault--they communicate what they know when they know it--not fulfilling their promise was sketchy from the beginning based on the outside resources the dealership is counting on--not completing promises was not the fault of Acura Eugene
