I must start off by saying, that there are several Honda dealerships that I visited in proximity of my house, but we prefer to drive to DCH Paramus Honda to purchase my Honda CR-V, EXL 2024. Everyone one at this dealership is phenomenal. Dennis Estrada (salesman) exhibited hospitality, professionalism, patience, understanding and was able to get the best deal for me. Thank you, Dennis! The entire process of sale was flawless and amazing. The car looks very sleek and edgy. State of the art features are amazing. It offers plenty of space in cargo area, provides great leg room, very comfortable leather seats, Apple CarPlay, heated Seats, electric adjustable seats, remote start, and keyless entry, and so much more. Best Car I Have Owned!!! Dennis was very professional and helpful throughout the process. He made sure that all my questions were answered and that I was satisfied with the purchase. The service and the professionalism at DCH Paramus is second to none!!! The dealership is clean and classy like the cars they sell. They have a huge inventory on site. This is the first time I’ve had enjoyed the car buying process. They just won a lifetime loyal customer!!!

I have to say I was very upset with the time it took for my plates registration and title (over three months). My first review wasn’t such a good one. I was sold a 2021 Honda CRV from a salesman that was no longer with the company. I started to feel that the dealership with a little sketchy, I would like to thank Freddy, who helped me get through all this with his patience and manners, He always returned my calls kept me updated with what was going on with the DMV? It was a frustrating time and I know he saw the frustration in my face but as a good salesman would do he kept me at bay. DCH Honda my recommendation is you have to keep guys like him. A true professional, and I cannot thank him enough. Freddy, thanks again for all your help. Rick

I had a great buying experience - all thanks to Hamad. He guided me through the entire process, was patient, and offered me a great deal - so much so that I bought the car on the spot. He also helped me arrange car insurance and get the finances sorted out clearly. I would definitely refer Hamad to my friends and family looking to buy a new car.

I had the best experience at this dealership. Everyone was very helpful and supportive. My experience was especially great with Hamad. As a young adult, I don’t have much knowledge about all that ties into purchasing a car and Hamad made sure he explained everything to me thoroughly in a way I can understand. He educated me on all the best decisions I should be making with purchasing my car. He even helped me find the best car insurance, which he did not have to do had I came prepared. He was very patient and did not rush me throughout the process. Lastly, he took the time to sit with me and teach me all about my new car! He is the absolute best! I definitely recommend him to anyone who is doing this for the first time or even if you are a young adult who doesn’t know much about cars, insurance, and warranties. I not only purchased a car but I was able to gain so much knowledge thanks to him!

Paramus Honda is a top-flight dealership. The staff is terrific, from sales to service. They go out of their way to be helpful. It's the reason we keep going back to buy and lease our cars. Recently we got a great deal on a new 2024 CRV Touring. We can't say enough about the sales rep we worked with, Hamad Deeb. The man is professional, honest, respectful, friendly and helpful, everything you'd hope to find in a car sales person. He knows his products and is diligent in his effort to work toward a reasonable and fair deal. The same goes for Sales Manager Chong Lee. We have worked with both these men in the past and hope to continue to do so in the future. Bottom line; If you want a fair and honest deal with little or no haggling, then DCH Paramus Honda is definitely a place you need to check out. You will not regret it.

We lucked into Elvis Opoku, who was engaging and knowledgeable. Although a floor manager was rough-tongued and misleading about other brands, Elvis smoothed things over and worked hard with us. Despite the floor manager's dismissive price predictions, we did our research via Edmunds and True Car, and did astonishingly well here. ***This dealership has a large inventory and is apparently owned by the same company that also owns Planet Honda and Prestige Honda in NJ, and competes with their bids. Though finalization was excruciatingly slow--we sat in the dealership for 2.5 hours AFTER the price, model etc agreed upon--we would absolutely recommend. And if getting what you want re price and features matter, don't compromise and do NOT buy a car on the same day you walk into a dealership, no matter the pressure. Hang in there. And ask for Elvis.
