DCH Paramus Honda

I have to say I was very upset with the time it took for my plates registration and title (over three months). My first review wasn’t such a good one. I was sold a 2021 Honda CRV from a salesman that was no longer with the company. I started to feel that the dealership with a little sketchy, I would like to thank Freddy, who helped me get through all this with his patience and manners, He always returned my calls kept me updated with what was going on with the DMV? It was a frustrating time and I know he saw the frustration in my face but as a good salesman would do he kept me at bay. DCH Honda my recommendation is you have to keep guys like him. A true professional, and I cannot thank him enough. Freddy, thanks again for all your help. Rick
