    The "Vehicle Specialist" (Salesman) for this purchase was Kaz Zahrieh. Kaz was professional, knowledgeable, easy going, and the used Acura MDX purchase was done with minimal "haggling". Would recommend Kaz to anyone considering an Acura. Eddie in financing was also cordial and helpful. Slight negative, The detailing of the car was done without attentions to "detail". Areas just adjacent to chrome and rubber around windows, and gas tank port, etc were not cleaned,. A consideration for future detailing operations. (not enough to lose a star.

    This review is WAY overdue, and to the kind folks at Bridgewater Acura, I genuinely apologize. The story goes a little something like this, my gal and I came in to check out the ILX, and to see what offers were provided on a lease. Our leasing consultant, Sam Guindi, took us on a test drive, offered the history of the vehicle, and provided us with other vehicle options, such as the TLX. The offer provided wasn't part of our original budget, but that didn't stop anything. The sales manager, John Neals, came over to ask us what we would like, and what can be done to reach an agreement beneficial for us both. Well, needless to say, Mr. Neals came through with the perfect offer, right in our budget, with a few more features and badda bing - badda boom - we leased a brand new ILX without ANY hiccups, negotiations, or worries. Sam and John are what we customers like to call, "amazing." To anyone who is looking at a potential Acura to purchase or lease, this dealership will be your first, and last destination as you simply won't need to worry, care, or think about any other offer, promotion, or even car company because these guys have everything under total control. Once again, my apologies for the tardiness, but a big great THANK YOU to Sam and John. Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, and a Happy New Year to Bridgewater Acura, and its' potential clients.

    Bought a used Toyota Sienna from Bill Vince’s Acura and was very happy with the transaction. Sales Manager Danny Lasko was flexible on the price. When I told salesman, Bryan Suasnavas that my time was limited, he got the paperwork done quickly. Tina, on the Internet side of the deal was very helpful. The car was older and sold “as is.” However, as soon as I got it home the driver’s side power mirror began to make an awful buzzing sound. Though they didn’t replace the mirror (which would have been going beyond the call of duty with an “as is” car), Michael Lasko, had a technician do “surgery” to cut the wire to stop the buzz. I’ll buy another mirror later. Overall, a good experience.

  • Acura CPO program? Bad Experience Here

    Came in here looking for certified TLX and came home with one. Lets us say buying a luxury car did not most certainly feel like it. I went to see 2 different TLX's on the internet and was greeted by a salesman that I did not want to mention names. I honestly could not understand most of the things he was saying to me. I was surprised I got the deal done with him. I should have asked for another person, but would it been rude? After the test drive we worked the numbers and then my trade in. After some talk we could not agreed on the trade in price and I walked out. The sales manager which I could understand texted me back that night and we worked out a price on my trade so I came back to pick up the car. I felt the sales manger sounded a little arrogant saying your buying CPO Acura. I didn't need to be reminded of that, all I care was the price. Took off a star or two for that. I got my own financing so I was out in less time than if you were financing with Acura. When I came to pick the car and had to sign the paperwork to drive it home. It was the standard usual process in the finance room trying to sell you extended warranty and other protection plans. I declined to all of them and off I went to drive off. To my surprise no parting gifts like a box cookies or something like a Honda dealer once gave me. No Acura key chain, hat, mug, or anything like that for that matter. Come on Acura , I'm buying a luxury car throw in a little something. Also, I paid for registration fees in the finance office. Once I picked up my registration card they said it was another 60 dollars. Their excuse was that they extended the expiration by another year. Why didn't they tell me this in the first place? I said whatever and had to pay it. Finally, I notice the steering wheel was off centered. It maybe need an alignment or something. Maybe I didn't noticed this during the test drive but after a week I noticed it. I thought CPO Acura's are checked with a 180 point inspection. I guess not, but since I have a warranty I will have them check it. I dread coming back and leaving my car with them. They should have check in the first place. I do consider myself mechanically savvy so I did know what to look for. Overall, my experience here was not a pleasant one. After I wrote this review, I got a call from the customer satisfaction rep and they said to bring in the car again for them to look at it. I dropped off the car over the weekend and picked it up the following Tuesday. They somewhat fixed the steering issue but it seems to be an tire issue. Next, they could not duplicate the smart key fob not working and only working randomly. Yup, they told me sorry we couldn't find the issue even though I sent them two videos showing the issue. Lastly, the Bluetooth does not streaming Pandora as it did on my previous car. They told me that this is an known issue and they don't have a update or fix for it. They blame Acura for not providing an update and just to live with it. I'm like really, Acura an luxury brand does not have a fix for Bluetooth problems? My old Camry never had these issues before. I sent my issues via email to three people at Bridgewater Acura a week ago and no one has gotten back to me as of yet. So much for customer service and I have so many regrets buying a car at this place. They basically took my car to try to fix, but couldn't so now they basically told me to live it by not responding to me. I would be careful buying a car at this place because afterwards you might be on your own even though I bought a Certified Pre-Owned Acura.

    I can not say enough positive things about this dealership. We had been looking for a quality used Mustang convertible which is a LOT harder than it sounds. Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura had a car with a LOT more than we could have ever dreamed of at our price range. The car was a lot less expensive than comparable cars we looked at, but the sales manager, Adam Rottenburg worked with us to get the car even more comfortably within our price range. We live 250 miles away, so they handled the entire deal over the phone and through overnight mail. They were incredibly honest about the condition of the car too. When we picked the car up just 2 days after our first call to the dealership (incredible for a long distance deal), the car was even better than we thought it would be. Our sales representative, Murad Stokes, answered all of our questions, offered to pick us up at the train station, and was incredibly kind, honest and fun to deal with. The car was ready and waiting for us with a full tank of gas when we got to the dealership, and the deal was finalized within 10 minutes of our arrival. We were on the road and driving the car the 4 1/2 hours home with no muss, no fuss, no bother. The car was incredible on the ride home too. We are getting used to turning heads everywhere we go (did I mention the car looks incredible?). Thanks to Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura our dream of owning a Mustang convertible has come true. THANK YOU, Adam and Murad for making this purchases so easy and carefree!!!!

    I had a great experience as soon as walked in. They provided great team work between Ricardo and Murad. Very professional and knowledgeable with their products. They did a great job trying to work the best deal possible. Now I'm an Acura owner and I'M in love with it. Everyone in the dealership were very friendly, even met their cat Tiger. Would recommend this dealership.

    I came in to the dealer and spoke with the salesman Adam, not only was he beyond nice, but he was very helpful, explanatory and worked with me to get me the best deal possible. I came in not knowing if I would be leaving with a car, and left with one of Bridgewater Acura's top certified pre-owned cars. The entire team from sales, to finance up to the detail crew were great. I recommend them to anyone looking for an easy experience.

    Purchased a new 2016 Nissan ILX from Bridgewater Acura's Sales Manager, John Neals and Sales Specialist, Murad Stokes this weekend. Had a very pleasant experience. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. Best car-buying experience I have ever had! No tricks, no hassle, just professionalism,utmost care and service. I've had experience as a owner of a Jaguar, Mercedes and Mini Cooper but the experience with John and Murad surpasses them all! Now, I'm owner of an Acura!

    My first time at Bridgewater Acura. I had a great experience at Bridgewater recently and drove home a new 2016 Acura TLX which I would recommend to anyone looking for a sporty 4 door it drives like a dream. Ask for Adam when you get to Acura, he knows what he is talking about, he made my visit enjoyable and knew everything about the cars and wasn't pushy, he sat down showed me several options on different packages and worked to get the car done with the amount I was comfortable spending.

    Came to this dealership to look at a used Infinti they had acquired. Met a fellow by the name of Adam. The guy is super friendly, accommodating, patient, etc. All the attributes you would hope to find in a sales associate. Showed the car, gave all the necessary details, and went for a test drive. Long story short, the Infinti was sold that day. No regrets. Great experience.

    I had a great experience with this dealership. I purchased a 2012 Volkswagen Tiguan and love it!! I came to look at the car and Mario didn't waste any of my time. He showed me the car right away, asked where i needed to be budget wise and helped me get the trade in value that put me at my preferred budget. He was great and the process was super smooth. I then worked with Eddie to finalize the contract and financing and he really calmed my nerves through the whole process and went through all the numbers thoroughly with me. THe service was great, the process was smooth and i love my new car =] I'd recommend any one to go there and ask for Mario, he'll help you out!

    I am a college Senior and i wanted a used Acura MDX for school and work commute. I did not want to break the bank as i start my masters and hopefully Medical School. I was impressed by how quickly Tina from internet sales got back to me with a cash price. I happened to go in for a test drive and was greeted by David Klein (Senior sales associate). He got the vehicle, offered me refreshments and I proceeded to test drive the vehicle. I was impressed with my purchase of it and how quickly he worked to give me the bottom line of information upon every aspect of the purchase. Extreme professionalism and understanding of my financial level and even spoke with my bank to finalize all aspects with the loan. After my purchase I was told by another dealer that there was possibly a leak coming from the engine!. I went back and spoke with the General Manager John. He set his service department to issue me a loaner and resolve anything that may be wrong. I later found out it wasn't a leak but something very minor. Nonetheless I will send anyone I know here for service or Purchase for anything Acura related. I was never looked down upon or confused with extra BS that comes from shady dealerships. I am overall happy with my purchase and I owe it all to these people at Bill Vince's Bridge water Acura. I was made to feel like family by both sales associate and the service boss John.

    It was a great experience with the dealership from the beginning. I was really impressed with Tina Stanislawczyk, Internet Sales Manager. She understood my needs and put me on to the right people. Murad Stokes was excellent and knowledgeable and it was a breeze working with him. Not to mention an excellent service by John, Sales Manager. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone buying a new car and would also highly recommend Murad, Tina and John for their excellent customer service.

    I came in and looked at the car, fell in love with it because it was flawless, and came back the next to buy it. My salesmen Anthony Spano and the finance department worked together nicely and made this a wonderful experience.     I purchased my first Acura RDX from Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura with help from David Klein. I had a wonderful experience and plan to return in the future! David was extremely honest and helpful, and guided me in the right direction as I was torn between the RDX and MDX. I am so happy with my purchase and would highly recommend visiting them if you're in the market for a new vehicle!

    We had a good experience at this dealership. Able to reach a very good price after negotiations. We had a miscommunication regarding financing; however this was quickly resolved and fixed. We dealt with Tony Spano, he was very friendly and accommodating.

    Internet saleswoman was pleasant enough. Manager was rude and needs lessons on how to handle customers. He was beyond rude. They lie to your face. In the end, they did me a huge favor. I found a similar car at an honest Acura dealership. They give you a big story about how great they are but that's all it is. I'm sure there response will reflect their fake businesslike attitude.
