False Advertisement

To Whom it may concern: I want to let you know how hugely disappointed I am with your company. I found a Jeep for $19,975, made an appointment to see it and drove 6 hours one way to get there. Once I got there and drove the Jeep I wanted to purchase it. To make a long story short there was an addition of $11,000 dollars for "dealer additions". This is clearly false advertisement. I realize you have a disclaimer but no where in your ad does it specify what the dealer additions are or what the amount of them are. You wait until the person gets there to spring it on them. Totally [non-permissible content removed] way of doing business. I can't do much but I will be filing complaints with all institutions I can plus writing reviews to warn people about your company's false advertising practices. I will also be contacting Mitsubishi so they know how you conduct your company which has their name on it. Really, really can't believe you operate like this. It's not like the customer won't find out about the addition cost added on to the bogus sales price. I hope that I can save someone else the time and disappointment you cause, or at least keep some business from you in some fashion. I have time on my hands and have other ways of getting even. You won't even know how much time I make your staff waste chasing false customers and leads. I promise you will regret it just like I regret going there to make a honest purchase. Richard Bell

Bait and Switch Dealership

This dealership practices Bait and Switch technique - they advertise on Autotrader.com with a Carfax supported "great deal", only to find once you get to the dealership, in my case 3 hour R/T journey that, that there is a $3,000 dealer addendum added to the advertised price.

Horrible Experience

his was probably one of the worst used auto buying experiences I can remember. When you think of sleazy and pushy salesmen, look at this dealership as an example. This dealership will not negotiate, at all. There prices are reasonable, but they add on Lojack to all of their used cars and require that the purchaser, purchase the Lojack, which costs an additional $695. The advertised price does not include the Lojack cost. I requested to remove the Lojack as I was not interested, and they refused and indicated that they are only making money on this sale through the Lojack purchase (which was complete [non-permissible content removed). They also refused to work with me on my trade-in. I had received valuations of my car between 2,000 and 3,000. This dealership said the most they would give me was $500. They would not budge. I received an offer from CarMax to purchase the vehicle for $3,000. On top of that, they would not offer any good financing options (my credit was not an issue) and were attempting a bait and switch tactic. I indicated that I would get independent financing because of their high interest rates, and they wanted me to sign their purchase loan (with a higher monthly and interest rate) first to move forward. The salesman I worked with was cordial, so he brought in another salesman who was very abrasive and aggressive. It was like a "good cop, bad cop" situation and they were being really pushy. I am glad I left the store without purchasing and giving them my business. They were terrible.

Double Charging Delivery Fee

I went to Auto Gallery Mitsubishi in Corona on Sat 7/6/19 to purchase a Mitsubishi Mirage. I went to Mitsubishi in Puente Hills on Sun 7/7/19 to purchase a Mitsubishi Outlander. I only make car purchases infrequently so I was unfamiliar with all the fees initially. However, when discussing price breakdowns at the second dealership. I noticed that they did not have a delivery fee and inquired about this. It was noted to be included in the MSRP window sticker already, so it could not be added again as I would be double charged, and it's federally mandated that delivery charges are uniform. I contacted Mitsubishi in Corona again and spoke mainly with Larry Romeo, the sales manager. Ultimately, he felt the double charging of the delivery fee was justified because of the sales disclosure. He offered to refund me half the extra delivery fee of $995, I declined, and in a later phone call he said there was wrongdoing on his part. I do not agree that with Larry that a sales disclosure allows him to charge me the vehicle delivery fee twice. It is a federally mandated uniform fee. Also, I am concerned this may be occurring systematically at the dealership and I would like it this to be investigated. I would encourage others to look at their pricing sheets carefully, and report any double charging of the delivery fee to the Federal Trade Commission.

Efra is amazing at his job!

I read all the bad sales review and I had to strongly disagree with them. I never dealt with anyone from management because Efrain took care of the whole transaction very well. He ran my credit gave me a good price on the car and I was out the door really fast. Now, i wrote a reaview on google 6 months ago when I bought the car but I felt compelled to write another one. Just a few days ago I called in to ask some questions and some paperwork I need. I did not expect him to pick the phone and recognize immediately. And with out fail, he help me get everything I needed going above and beyond.

Once they find out there is someone interrested - They jack up the price!

We saw a car online and went in that day. The price WAS $5998. We were told it was still in the service department and they would email us pictures and call us when we could go see it. We never heard back from them, then saw they jacked up the price $500.

Fantastic buying experience!

This was a fantastic dealership. We were treated with excellent customer service and I do believe they aim to provide the lowest possible pricing on their vehicles. The sales team worked hard to get the financing and pricing just right for our needs. Kenny was great explaining all the forms in a way that I understood and knew what I was signing. I felt they were all very transparent with us and truly wanted us to have a great experience. Thank you Auto Gallery of Corona! You guys are awesome and I would highly recommend this dealership!

First Car Shopping

I am currently shopping around for my first car and I came to Mitsubishi in Corona and I was very pleased with the service. I would first like to start off by mentioning that the sales associate who helped us, Aldo Jose, was extremely patient and helpful. He answered all our questions and was patient as I changed my mind from car to car. He also showed us a variety of cars once I told him what I was looking for in a car and gave me a better idea of what cars would be ideal for me. I would also like to mention that the team was very welcoming and the manager was kind as he was thanking us for stopping by and offering us his services. Lastly, they are very honest which is extremely helpful when trying to find the best deal with so many different options.

Walked in with an ad vehicle on hand. Manager gave me excuses as to how the internet ads can be wrong at times. Waste of time. No compromise at all. Worst sales experience.

WORST SALES EXPERIENCE EVER

I can't possibly go into all the details of our experience. We came to buy a used car and we were in the process of that transaction when everything went sideways. Everything took way longer than it should of. Every question we asked and clarity we sought was met with rudeness and condescending behavior. When managers approached us they never introduced themselves. We ended up dealing with the GM, whom never told us who she was and was increasingly rude, condescending, rolling her eyes, scoffing at us, laughing at us and raising her voice. We finally said we would not buy a car from then and then she said good we just want you to leave. At this point I still did not know she was the GM, we demanded to speak to the GM and to give us our credit app back which we had only minutes before handed over. She refused and told us to leave. Only after my husband threatened to call the police did we find out she was the GM. They would not give us our application back, even though she admitted she had not run our credit. She then started attacking me personally with insults. We finally left. We were offended and appalled at the horrific behavior of this dealership. Never have I dealt with upper management that was so unprofessional. I can only guess that she must be related to the owner because she has multiple bad reviews online describing her as condescending and rude.

Top Notch

Among other shark infested used dealerships in socal sits Auto Gallery, the anomaly. I found the sales staff genuine and helpful. I left with a STEAL of a deal in an 8 month old 2013 Optima Black Hybrid. They are dogmatically honest and up front about the pricing, which happens to be the lowest I saw online. Let's elaborate on that pricing I spoke of before. I am a Sales Manager in another field and came in with the knowing of financing, deals, what they REALLY can do and what they can't. I did research on autotrader.com and cars.com across the nation for the same car with the same miles. Nothing came within $1200 dollars of the price they were blowing out this car at. I'm talking I checked over 250 used cars online. Financing was a breeze, as they got me the absolute best rate. The staff was friendly, not pushy, interested in you as a person rather than a commodity. I would personally recommend this place to all of my friends and family and anyone looking to get not only a fair deal but the BEST deal amongst a sales crew that genuinely cares about you. Blows my mind. Thanks Auto Gallery, I will always come back and send others your way!

Their price are fantastic

I researched dozens of deals and visited 6 other dealers closer to my home in oc before visiting them. Boy I tell you, this place is like a fresh breath of air. Sales staff is relaxed yet eager to help. I didn't feel cornered one single time. We signed all docs on Sunday, then I arranged a pre-purchase inspection and then they delivered the car to me for $50. Highly recommend.
