False Advertisement

onTo Whom it may concern:
I want to let you know how hugely disappointed I am with your company. I found a Jeep for $19,975, made an appointment to see it and drove 6 hours one way to get there.
Once I got there and drove the Jeep I wanted to purchase it. To make a long story short there was an addition of $11,000 dollars for "dealer additions".
This is clearly false advertisement. I realize you have a disclaimer but no where in your ad does it specify what the dealer additions are or what the amount of them are. You wait until the person gets there to spring it on them. Totally [non-permissible content removed] way of doing business.
I can't do much but I will be filing complaints with all institutions I can plus writing reviews to warn people about your company's false advertising practices. I will also be contacting Mitsubishi so they know how you conduct your company which has their name on it.
Really, really can't believe you operate like this. It's not like the customer won't find out about the addition cost added on to the bogus sales price.
I hope that I can save someone else the time and disappointment you cause, or at least keep some business from you in some fashion.
I have time on my hands and have other ways of getting even. You won't even know how much time I make your staff waste chasing false customers and leads.
I promise you will regret it just like I regret going there to make a honest purchase.
