onMy husband and I had a great experience at Watson Chevrolet. Our sales rep, Dan, and the general manager, John, are fantastic individuals and were so helpful. They answered all questions and concerns we had and continue to be accessible after our purchase. This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from Watson in the last few years and this time around was even more pleasant than the last. I appreciate their kindness and willingness to help . We are definitely going to go back to Watson when my husband needs to purchase a new car soon. They truly deserve acknowledgment for their great service.

Check engine light

onFrank Hannigan service consultant went above and beyond to help me out. He new we were traveling and did everything he could to find the part. The problem is GM and if they don’t rectify this problem the next vehicle purchased will be from another auto manufacturer. We’re in week number three waiting on the part.

They did good...

onWhen we were there for an oil change on our diesel truck, a little boo boo scratch appeared on the rear door. Mike asked us to return and have their Repair Dept. fix it. They not only fixed the scratch, but took care of all of the other paint chips. It looks like a new truck. Thanks for making it right! Great job.
Questionable ethics in service department

onTo whom it may concern, Questionable ethics by technicians with the support of Service Advisor Manager Mr. Baker has resulted in me and our family NEVER returning to Watson Chevrolet. I’m in the military and will ensure I tell all of my colleagues, all of our soccer club families and all of our friends our experiences with this dealership. Unfortunate in my opinion, this could have been prevented by just admitting a mistake had been made by technicians (humans make mistakes and it’s ok) and refunded me a measly $70 diagnostics fee. Regardless of “outlined” reports, twisted stories and explaintions of events; I assure you, it will cost you customers for life. Stay away from George Bon.

onI came in to the dealership on Nov 19th to look at some trucks. The first person that helped me was Kyle, the internet sales manager, he seems like a professional individual, but unfortunately, when I came in for our appointment he was busy with some other customers, so he set me up with another salesperson whose name was George Bon. George did the typical sales thing, you know, trying to up sell me, and showing me a couple cars around the lot. He showed me a truck I really liked, and he offered me a good price on it. I advised him I needed to sleep on it, and that if I decided to go through with the sale I'd come in the next day. When I left the dealership, I looked up the truck on their online sales department, and the truck was actually priced lower than the price he had offered me, so I decided to go in the next day, and I if I could get the price I saw online, I'd definitely buy the truck. So I go in the next day, and I ask about the price, after making me wait for about 40 minutes and going back and forth about the price, he finally agrees to give me the lower price I saw online, so basically, he didn't give me a deal, we just went by what the online price was. Anyways we go through financing, and well, my credit is not great, but is not bad either, so my monthly payments come up a bit higher than I had set my budget for, nothing that would automatically cancel the sale, but I still had to discuss it with my wife. We asked George to give us about 5 to 10 minutes so that we could discuss it further, and make a decision. George would not even give us a minute to discuss it!!!! He kept being extremely rude, and kept interrupting us every 30 seconds to try to get us to sign the contract!! He didn't stop until my wife went off on him and told him if he didn't give us a reasonable amount of time to talk about it, we would not go through the sale. Wait, there is more, this wasn't even the worst thing... So, we go through the financing process, and we sign a contract for what the monthly payment was set at, and he advised me the loan was approved with no issues at all, and that the monthly payment I signed on was final. So he leaves, and long story short, we sign all the paperwork, and go home happy with a new truck... a week goes by and everything is great, I feel happy with my new truck, but then, I kept getting phone calls from Watson, but since, I work at the state prison, I can't answer my phone on early hours of the day. I finally get a day off from work, so I decided to call back to see what the fuzz was about, and this gentleman from financing advises me I need to go in to the dealership to sign paperwork... so I'm clueless as to what paperwork he is talking about since George said everything was finalized. I agree to go in the next day. When I arrived, I noticed the finance person that I had an appointment with was nervous and uneasy, all bad signs already. When they see me, they go on to advise me I had to sign a new contract because the loan had just gotten approved, and the new monthly payment had increased.... so as anyone can expect, i am extremely upset, because, basically, George lied to me when he said everything was finalized... the increase on the payment was not a deal breaker, it was only $7, but do the math, $7/month on a 72-month lease... yeah not happy about it, and I'm pretty sure I could've taken legal action on the matter, since we had sign a legal, notarized contract, and they were breaking it, but I wasn't about to go through all the hassle for only $7 more per month, instead, I decided to ask George to do something for me in return for the horrible sales experience, and he promised me a free window tint for all the trouble he made me go through. It has been 2 months since my purchase, and I still haven't received what he promised. Also, he sent my license plates and registration to an old address, which I asked him time and time again not to do.... I am extremely happy with my truck, but it is not worth all the trouble and headaches I went through. I am sure there are great other people that work for Watson Chevrolet, but George is not one of them, stay away from him.

onEverything was going well until the end part the lady was asking if we wanted gap and bumper to bumper while I translated to my mom she got up and said let me ask for an interpreter rude!!

Terrible Sales Service

onI went in for the black Friday deals in hopes to purchase a new 2018 Silverado. I originally worked with Steve Baker that tried to sell me on false sales prices until I told him what they were online after he tried to explain why the price what it is. I left because this was very unprofessional. I received a phone call from another sells member named Walter Miller that apparently said they could work out a better deal and to come in. I went in a day later and it was a waste of time. I had lost some of the rebates for the Black Friday deal that I was not informed that I was going to lose if I didn't make the deal by the deadline. Walter didn't even work with me and sent me back to Steve. They were trying some type of sales tactics to get people back to the dealership and offer the same truck at a much higher price. Then about a week later a receive a follow up phone call asking for a survey of the experience from Jimmy. He didn't state that there was a chevy employee sale going on until I told him that I saw the price of the same truck was lower on the website. I tried to work on the deal with him, however he transferred me to another feller named Dan. Dan was trying to work with me but sent me the invoice of a vehicle that was $4,000 more than what was listed on the website. I tried to contact him but he went home for the day and couldn't work out a deal. Very unprofessional company passing my business from salesman to salesman. I was hoping to purchase a truck but will be taking my business elsewhere!

onI believe Mario was our sales rep. He did an awesome job with us the day we came in. We were there to look at a used car thinking it would be better for us to purchase than a new car. He was not only able to get us into a new cae, but also was able to get our interest rate down very low.
